We did not stay at this property as on arrival we found the property to have not been cleaned since the previous occupants.

We switched on the lights to find bags of rubbish in the kitchen, which was the first red flag.

We then opened the first bedroom door to find unmade beds with dirty linens on them.

Not expecting much we found the second bedroom to be the same, dirty unmade beds.

Finally we went to the bathroom where a pile of dirty towels was on the floor and the bath was not cleaned.

We contacted host and stay who tried to contact the property owner. Finally after an hour of waiting we were told no one could come and clean the property and that we had to book somewhere else (at our own cost of time and money) and we would get a refund.

I contacted booking.com who were and are still waiting for host to confirm refund. Will give it 2 more days before taking this further.

Central location. Size of the apartment. Ease of access with entry safe key box. Did not hear other noise in the building. Very light with lots of windows

Fantastic location just 5 mins walk from the high street via the one arch tunnel. Very well equipped in general, especially the kitchen.

The mandatory £25 insurance or £10 admin fee on a deposit should be included in the cost as you cannot stay there without paying these fees.

Great location and the milk in the fridge, and buiscuits and wine on the dinner table, were a nice touch.
Good kitchen utensils and equipment. Coffee and tea :-)
ASDA right next door was very convenient.

More teatowels would have been nice (1 teatowel for 1 week for a family of 4 is not enough).
Toiletries included was limited to handsoap, i.e. no soap or shampoo for shower. Thankfully ASDA
is right next door.
The extra hassle of security deposited and/or buying liability insurance after booking (hidden cost of 30Euro) was unwelcome.

I loved everything about the home, from the beds, shower, sofa, lots of natural light, and decoration, and it was very close to the event I was going to.
Amicable, fast client service.
I will book again for sure!

Excellent location right next to the main conference centre with lots of bars and restaurants within a Few minutes walk.

The apartment is generously sized, very clean with modern stylish furnishings and nice decor.

The apartment was really nice and in a great location, just a few minutes walk to town.
We were a bit worried about parking but it actually worked out well. You can park outside for up to 3 hours at any time with a parking disc (which is in the apartment), so easily enough time to drop your stuff off or pack it up. You can also park right outside after 6pm and before 9am (12 if you put the disc in the night before saying 9am) and all day Sunday. There’s also several pay and display car parks very close (2 min walk) for the other times.
Our bed was really comfy and even my daughter slept well in the travel cot supplied. The cot we had was 60cm x 120cm - you need to bring sheets so that might be helpful as it wasn’t in the description.
Overall a really nice stay and loads to do in walking distance or a short car journey, we just wish we had longer!

Place was clean,bright and well located. The decor was excellent.

The property is a pain to find. Google maps kept directing us to no:61. Giving people a ' what three words' location would be of great benefit. The people living in no:61 are fed up with people thinking that it is 61a judging by the sign on the door.

Location. Overall cleanliness. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. Loved it.

Dirty bath towel left behind door in King room and bin in same room not emptied. Only one loo roll for four people for two days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Harrogate. It was a pleasure to come home to this lovely bnb each day after sightseeing. It is clean, bright and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I would absolutely recommend this bnb to anyone wanting to visit Yorkshire.

The only small issue we had is that gps maps takes you to a different building that has a sign on the door saying ‘This is not a holiday rental home’ Do not knock or disturb them. We were very worried but we called the host and stay and they were friendly and helpful. Told us to walk around a bit. As it turns out, it was the building right next door around the bend. All was great from there. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Loft. Beautifully decorated, homely and very clean. Fab facilities and very well equipped kitchen. Great location too. We parked at the Park View car park £7 for 24 hours - however we were able to park outside the property to unload our belongings etc. Host & Stay were very good at communicating with us too. Would definitely return.

Excellent communication from host and stay. Although it’s the first time I’ve had verify my ID (provide a photo and picture of passport or driving license) and have damage cover with Air B and B.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, has lovely furnishings and design and high spec appliances. Also ideal location five mins from the centre. However a downside of the location is, if you’re a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise from the traffic and drunk people going home on a Saturday night.

There are also a lot of stairs and no lift to so would not recommend it for people with mobility issues.

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The apartment is lovely and we would definitely stay again.

An excellent apartment, modern, bright, comfortable and well equipped.
Location is great, you can walk into Harrogate and there is a supermarket a minutes walk away.
Host is very communicative, and always available if we had any questions.
We will definitely stay here again when we return to Harrogate.
