There is a leather corner sofa in chocolate brown which is complimented perfectly with a tan leather bucket style chair. The ideal place for relaxing, switch on the TV to catch up on your favourite shows on SKY or settle down with a good book.Light streams in from the huge windows which face out onto the promenade. With an open plan feel, you can chat from the dining area to the kitchen making it a really sociable space. There is a super retro splashback in-keeping with the style of the room. The kitchen is also practical as well as stylish, as it is fully equipped with a hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Head upstairs and you’ll find two en suite bedrooms. The first bedroom overlooks the living room below and has lovely views from the tall window facing out onto the promenade. Featuring a comfy King size bed and ample storage space, this room is perfect for staycations. You’ll also notice quirky accessories such as the statement print above the bed and traditional hats on the wall. The en suite boasts a spacious walk in shower, WC and basin.

There is also a separate WC found on the ground floor.

The apartment was exactly how it was described and looked in the photo's, really pleased, couldn't fault it at all. However, we experienced a massive problem with the family directly above the apartment. Constant banging, jumping up and down, skipping, bouncing a ball, running around with the dog - clearly playing chase! Started from 5:30am till 10pm, continuously (when we were in), we very almost left to go home late afternoon on the second night - noise was very loud even downstairs in the living room, as apartment is open plan. Contacted Host & Stay who thanked us for reaching out - would have gone upstairs ourselves to complain but couldn't find the way due to the layout of the building. I would suggest Host & Stay find out who owns the apartment above and try and remedy this problem - not very fair for the family below - ceilings clearly very thin. Such a shame, we were going to rebook for the family next summer but not going to bother now

Perfect for a family trip, facilities are all really good. Loved the extra bathroom, which is really convenient with teens! Location and views are incredible

Lovely clean, attractive, comfortable and well equipped apartment overlooking the sea in the West Cliff area of Whitby (just a 10 minute walk from the town centre). Property management staff were helpful and attentive. Our only gripe would be the requirement to take out insurance to cover potential breakages or to pay a non-refundable handling charge for a breakages deposit. Wireless details were out of date in the check-in information pack, however, the correct details are on the label on the back of the router (next to the sky box in the lounge).

This property is absolutely amazing totally clean and even cleaning products so you can keep it that way this isn’t always the case they ask you to keep it clean and give you nothing to do so but not in this case, The location is amazing too but make sure you get proof of the parking space or your gonna spend a fortune on parking airbnb listing said no parking but host and stays online info book said space provided right outside the door absolutely brilliant the only downside of the whole week and this is not anything to do with airbnb or host and stay but we had a herd of elephants staying in the flat above it was terrible started at 7.00 am everyday and went on til 22.00 o bless they went out you could even hear this whilst you were downstairs so imagine what it was like in bed upstairs, but that aside would stay hear again without having to think about it for a second not there fault that some people only think of themselves.

Perfectly set up. I could literally have moved in.
Floor boards upstairs are fairly noisy, but it's an older building so is expected.

Was a nice location overlooking the sea and cliffs, stunning views and as the name suggested.... the most beautiful sunsets.
On first appearance it was beautiful inside, gorgeous bedrooms although there was a few dead flies, one on the bed one in the kitchen, kitchen and utility room lovely and the little seating area is great to sit out on the night and watch the sun go down but unfortunately we were let down a bit, the wifi wasn't working and none of me or my family

Location was brilliant, had a lovely seating area outside with sea views. Car parking outside was a bonus and very convenient for the town
Apartment needs a little tlc. Curtains were shoddy and blinds broken. Main bedroom had no hanging space which was inconvenient

It was a superb very clean beautiful property in an idea location
Booking in time was very confusing in correspondence I would suggest that a 2 pm book in time would certainly be viewed as exceptional value as opposed to 4pm where the value is good

Location & property
Hidden damage insurance and misinformation about parking which resulted in me unnecessarily paying for parking a mile from the property.
We were unable to check in upon arrival and the code for the key box was not handed to unless we paid damage insurance, £25 non refundable or £250 with £240 being refunded within 14 days.
There is parking that comes with the property and is clearly signed however when emailing the host in advance we were advised there was no parking.
All of this caused unnecessary stress and aggravation.
I've never had this experience before when booking a holiday let on booking.com.
Wouldn't book with host & stay properties again.

The accomodation is in an excellent location and all the rooms are very roomy. The shower is really powerful and the bath is an amazing size.
Great that there is a parking space with the flat.
The kitchen has everything that you need and the addition of the utility room is excellent for storing stuff out of the way .
The little goodies on the table were welcomed by the kids .
It was lovely to have the outside space as the weather was lovely for sitting outside and watching the sun set every night made it really special. Even the kids loved that part and we got some great pictures.
It is located within easy reach of everything. The beach is just down the hill below you or you can drive a bit further down the coast to park right on the front.
The main problem for us and I'm sure it will be so for others is the fact that there are no adequate window coverings to block out the light in a morning, the office style blinds offer no use and with the sun coming up very early we were all very tired after the 5 days from lack of sleep. Curtains or black out blinds would have solved this. With only approx 4hours darkness at this time of year it's a real problem.
The beds are also a little uncomfortable as not very good mattresses and are quite hard.
The final thing is the information on the app isn't up to date so the WiFi password was wrong, the information about parking was wrong and there weren't adequate instructions about how to work the DVD and Sky box, just to make you aware there is only one HDMI lead but you need 2 to get both to work, a lot of people wouldn't have known how to fix this to make the DVD work. Sky is also non existent only for your basic TV channels and so there wasn't much for the kids to watch later in evening, this wasn't noted in the information app so we were expecting to be able to watch a kids film or two .
Sorry about the negative information but I think if these small things were fixed it would be absolutely perfect.

The location is easy to reach but far from city center or beach.
I never imagine that there is no wifi access in the flat as I think it is a basic supply for any rental accommodation. I have to use my phone network to supply hotspot for my computer to work. Apart from this, everything is fine.

Sunset view was a 10/15 minute stroll to the town, great views over the sea. Dog friendly beach across the road. Equipped with all you would need however no wardrobes but hangers on a coat rail in hall space and a metal frame hanging space. Small patio area with furniture ideal to sit out at night and watch the sun go down.
Bedding and towels supplied along with a welcome pack, some crisps, chocolate and biscuits. Tea/coffee, salt and pepper and cleaning items.
Bath was lovely, large, perfect for a soak.
Dedicated parking space was ideal.
The mezzanine bedroom allows noise to travel, it was fine for us but if you were travelling as a group of 4 it could be problematic.
Mattress on king size bed was uncomfortable in my opinion, very thin. Maybe an upgrade would be good.

Could have been a little bit cleaner around bay window was dead flies and cup stains on sill, kickboard was down on the kitchen floor when we arrived, what looked like mouse trap under unit, I put board in position and luckily we didn't see anything in 5 days? But worrying at first!

So many positive things about this stay, the location is great, the proximity to the sea wonderful and having parking on site is a real bonus - 5 mins to beach and 15 mins to central whitby. we tried pizza West and fisherman's wife which would highly recommend and just a few moments away - be sure to book though. The outdoor space and utility room were really useful.
Few things worth noting/sharing for ppl staying - it's in the same building as a hotel, bar, restaurant which we didn't know from the description (to be fair wasn't too noisy whilst we were there but not sure in summer months - you can hear noist plumbing from elsewhere at times though), the curtains and roman blinds can't be closed throughout so you can't get either bedroom area fully dark if required, the WiFi info in guide was out of date (you can get current off the router itself), the shower in one of the en suites doesn't work fully and needs a new head/deep clean.

A spacious, bright, well equipped ground floor duplex apartment in a fab location and relatively secure outside patio. Quality bed linen and towels were provided, and the welcoming items of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps, etc. were a nice touch, as were the christmas tree and decorations, for a December visit. It would have been perfect for a cosy, relaxing break on the coast.
Regrettably, I was only made aware of work being done on the building when I received my check-in instructions the day before arrival, advising me that I couldn't use the private parking bay due to scaffolding. Naturally, I was pleased on arrival that there wasn't any, until instead, early the following morning tradesmen, their large van, and equipment appeared directly outside the front windows blocking the view (Sunset or otherwise) while they used drills, hammers, etc next door.
I received an apology from Host & Stay, but no suggestion of recompense. Had I known I would not have stayed there or postponed my trip.
Also, be aware that check-in is from 4 pm, the latest I've experienced, and checkout is by 10 am.

The location of this property is perfect, waking up to the sea view was such a beautiful experience for us and our children.
We thought it was a home away from home, the facilities were great, spacious, clean and the Christmas decorations were a very special treat.
We had a few issues, the WiFi, sky tv and dvd player wouldn’t work which meant the children couldn’t watch any films at all.
The windows in the kitchen and living room were all closed yet there was a huge draft coming through, as the curtains were decoration only the blinds did nothing to prevent this causing us to have to turn up the heat and only access one area of the living room to keep warm.

Good location, with sea view. Good parking right outside the property. Roomy accommodation and fully equipped. Both bedrooms are on suite. Nice touch of shortbread and chocolates.
Both bedrooms had very creaky floors. The bathroom fans were noisy. The curtains in the living room/ mezzanine bedroom couldn't be closed because they were old and very worn. Therefore, the bedroom was almost daylight 24 hours.

Positives:
1. Lots of space
2. Ease of entry
3. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms
4. I had read about scaffolding blocking the entrance/view, but that wasn’t there during my stay at the end of October 2023.
5. Washing machine (bring your own washing powder)
Negatives:
1. Wifi did NOT work. When I inquired about it, I was told to unplug it and plug it back in (which anyone with wifi knows to do when it isn’t working, so I had already tried this SEVERAL times). This was a HUGE negative for me. I was traveling to the UK from the States and needed wifi. That was my biggest concern when choosing a place to rent. The wifi was never fixed during my stay.
2. Squeaky floorboards upstairs. And I mean BAD!
3. While this isn’t the fault of the owners of this flat, it should be noted that the people who live above are night owls who pound about all night. It’s already difficult sleeping in a place that isn’t yours, but when you add in the fact that someone is up and stomping around above you for hours, it’s downright terrible.
4. No body wash/shampoo available. Make sure to bring your own.
I ended up leaving a night early because I couldn’t sleep with the people up at night above me. Add in that I didn’t have wifi and it just wasn’t worth it for me.

Really mixed bag with my stay, the location was lovely and the property was as described.
However I was unable to use the oven or hob as it was broken, I reported this on the morning following my check in and then had to wait until the following day for a maintenance person to attend, who told me he wasn’t able to fix the issue so I was left without cooking facilities for the rest of my stay.
That same morning I discovered that the treats that I had bought for my family had been eaten by a rat or mouse while being stored in the kitchen. The maintenance person who attended took pictures and said he would report it.
I reported this to host and stay and was told to submit an official complaint which I did and that I would receive a response in 7 working days. I should have received a response by yesterday and haven’t, I messaged host and stay, they said that I would receive a response asap.
The property was fine but did have some significant issues but communication has been poor.

1. Beautiful view and prime location, we are exciting and feel excellent to have this property to stay
2. Most of facilities are available and home feel.
1. The check out time ssts too early 10:00 am, we are unable to relax and enjoy staying. We sincerely suggest that should move to 12 noon, similar as usual.
2. The beds are all to soft and no supporting
3. There are no shower soap etc. Washing machine with no washing powder.
4. We was asked to pay insurance which made the booking rate not accurately. If we know there are extra insurance must be paid. We may consider other hotel / properties
5. Finally, the whole building are under refurbishing, ...we seem live in a construction site.

Location great, property spacey and comfortable
The property it's self was great. Good location and good views of the sea out of one of the windows. However, the scaffolding which is mentioned in the small print is a major issue. You have to share the main entrance with the contractors, the scaffold staircase is basically in the front garden, and although it's locked at night, throughout the day it is just left open. I wouldn't advise booking if you have children that could just walk up the scaffold. The main entrance patio is constantly full of debris which as fallen from the works. This isn't the workmen's fault, it is just bad planning from the property owner. More could be done to stop the constant debris (netting and a crash deck over scaffold) also, the scaffold entrance could have been sited elsewhere. The scaffold it's self blocks 90% of the other window views also, you have to leave the living room blinds closed all day. It's a shame because the property itself is great, just more transparency needed from the vender. I would also advise them to look at the shared entrance, HSE would shut the site down if they visited

The property was lovely for a family holiday brilliant for walks and location
I didn’t like the fact that we wasn’t told about scaffolding around the building, builders entrance to the stairs of scaffolding right by the front door, No parking so had to pay the parking meter which we didn’t plan for, We came home a day early as could stand builders looking in the windows of living room and bedroom every morning/afternoon.

Property was spotless, well equipped and great value for money. Excellent location and great sea views. The en-suite bathrooms were very modern and again well equipped. The bath was amazing.
We did not like the fact the the property had scaffolding erected all the way around it. We weren't made aware of this when booking. The main entrance to the scaffolding for the builders was actually situated in the property front yard. That meant builders were able to see into the front window as they began banging up and down the flight of stairs when they started work. The front yard was littered with masonry debris from the building work.
We also did not like the booking process, in particular the surprise of an additional hidden deposit or insurance waver fee. We were not made aware of that either in advance of the booking. Initial attempts to pay by card were rejected meaning we had to make a number of panicky calls to try and resolve this ahead of the arrival date. Calls seemed to go through to an overseas operator which initially made us suspicious and cautious in case of fraud so we made our bank aware.

the location of the property and views would be great if not for the scaffolding! we were unaware of this until after we had booked.
the work on the scaffold caused lots of debris to fall - often when we were entering or exiting the property - and I have questioned whether the property should be let while the work is going on. Debris even fell when no one was working.
The property has lots of signs saying do not use - ie blinds and curtains.

Great location, just a short walk from thepromenade and beach and only a 20 minute walk from the town centre.
The apartment is nicely furnished, very spacious and the furniture and bedding is comfortable and made relaxing easy after a day out.
Dog friendly and pet safe with good walks just over the road out front where you can meet other dog walkers and enjoy the views.
The hosts were communicative without being overbearing and several nice touches were waiting for us like tea and coffee, a small box of chocolates and crisps which was a nice touch after a long drive.
No parking at present due to the scaffolding around the building so you have to pay to park across the road (pay and display). The scaffolding also meant that the small outdoor seating area was blocked off too, but this didn't make too much difference as the views from within the property are great and the apartment has good temperature control.
Great property. Great location. Good hosts.

Property inside was very spacious. Reasonably clean.
Unfortunately scaffolding surrounded the property. Although it was mentioned in the details it did have quite an impact taking out the outside space and car parking area.
Parking is available across the road which is free 7pm till 9 am.
The work on the roof should take about another 4 weeks.
Overall we had a nice stay. The company did knock 10% after we complained.
Lovely area made up for our small gripe.

There were lots of lovely touches like biscuits and chocolates. Bed linen was lovely, well catered for the dog.
Wifi good. Kitchen was well equipped, although a coffee maker would have been even better.
Loved that there were dishwashing tablets and washing up liquid - makes a big difference.
The scaffolding! There was scaffolding all around the building and in the garden meaning we couldn’t find the apartment initially.
Once in the apartment we couldn’t use the outside area because of the scaffolding. The builders woke us up at 7am banging about and kept leaving the gate open so our dog nearly escaped onto the busy main road.
There was also some nasty black mould buildup on the shower head and bathroom tap.
I attempted to feed this all back to the host company but heard nothing back.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and has fantastic views. Great that we could take the dog. Nice touch of chocolate, crisps and biscuits left for us. Would stay again and recommend
Unfortunately whilst we were there roofing work was being done, the scaffolding prevented us from using the outside area and meant no parking spaces which we had specifically searched for when booking.

The location was fantastic with only a short walk into Whitby town centre and within a short drive to lovely seaside towns and the moors. The accommodation had everything in it we could hope for. It is spacious and well decorated and dressed.
The support from Host and Stay was very disappointing, we contacted them with 2 issues and all we got back was a standard response which was on the online information, emails kept bouncing back and they only want you to ring if you have an emergency, so no help at all.
We could only get 4 channels on the TV and be aware that while the scaffolding is up you can’t use the free on-site parking, you have to park across the road in the pay & display.

Loved the size and the amenities of Sunset View. Right next to the beach, lovely warm accommodation, 3 toilets!! We only stayed for the weekend in March but it would be amazing for a week or more in summer as the cooker was great, there was a large freezer, ironing board, washing machine, everything you'd need.
Difficult to find despite the "exact location" link on Google maps. Google maps is never very clear when walking rather than driving and we ended up in Metropole Towers rather than Metropole Court. "Stand with your back to the sea, face the Chinese restaurant, it's on the right hand corner of that building" would have helped. A sign saying "sunset view" on the property would have also helped. We were told there was no parking due to scaffolding, but it was accessible and we used it. We were told we could park in the pub opposite, which was helpful, but confusing as I was looking for a pub. There was no pub opposite, just the bar "Metunes" of the Chinese restaurant, which was round the corner.

The place was amazing.. very homely. There was everything that we needed and more. The bed was really comfortable, the sea views from the bedroom were a lovely bonus. The bathrooms were awesome, we particularly loved the size of the bath. You provided so much info for walks in the surrounding area, which were helpful. The booking system was really simple which helped. We will definitely be coming back again.
The only thing was the blinds didn't completely close properly and the Roman blinds didn't work. But apart from that 10/10.....

Rally lovely place, well positioned, am easy walk into Whitby without being in the middle of it. The host had clearly gone to a lot of effort to make the place comfortable with lots of nice touches. would gladly return.

We’d had a horrible journey to Whitby. The drive was daunting in the cold wind and rain on unlit roads. However, when we walked through the door, it made us smile. The lights were on, heating was on, and it was all trimmed up for Christmas. Bottle of wine and chocolates on the table. Loved everything about the property and location.
The only thing we didn’t like is that we couldn’t stay longer. 🥲

Good location, close enough to town to walk in, but be away from the hustle and bustle. Very well equipped inside with comfy sofas and beds. Stunning views. Parking space would be such a bonus in the summer months

Location
Extremely noisy flat above! Couldn’t sleep due to the noise of load tv, voices and footsteps into the early hours! Left after one night!!
This property has four floors of apartments above and a communal entrance hall running the length of the ground floor that services other apartments resulting in lots of doors slamming and banging. This is not made clear by photographs of the property.

Love that this holiday home is across the street from the seaside and the views were amazing. The home was clean, spacious, and cosy. All we needed was provided- bedding, towels, hand soap, tea kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc. A welcome snack basket, information binder, a nice games and DVDs, were a nice touch. We were able to walk into town close by for food, drinks, shopping, and tourist attractions. Our pup loved his playtime at the beach! Checkout was super easy. If you ever want to explore Whitby and the Yorkshire coast, this is a great home away from home for small families!

Spacious but cosy, great position, fantastic view, easy walk to centre of town, well stocked with necessities and kindly provided a welcome package of goodies
Poor night's sleep on second night due to noise caused by wind....Windows rattled and the vent in the front bedroom sounded all night, there is fault with the window in the kitchen which opened on its own due y o weather and is a health and safety hazard.... we left a message to this effect

There were issues at all during our stay with the accomodation.

Great location with amazing views from all windows but especially from the twin bedroom. Very close to the beach which you can take your dog on. Spacious accommodation, the parking space was a great added bonus. Great food & atmosphere at Pizza West, less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, clean with good facilities. Could not fault. Beautiful location with lovely views.
It can be difficult if you are older to access beaches and harbour as the uphill walks to return were tough going and the lift not working. Grandchildren wanted the beach so we had to visit regularly.

This ground floor apartment is a great location for Whitby. Though it's on West Cliff and not town center you get fab views over the sea including sunsets.
The apartment is fully kitted out so you don't need to take anything other than yourself and your luggage. As it's within a large building you do hear pipes making noises occasionally. It has a lovely patio which is great to sit out on and gets the sun from middle of the day onwards.
It's got a big a parking spot right beside the appartment, so no squeezing in beside other cars.
There's a Chinese next door and a pub just beside that. The Pavilion is only a few minutes walk away. And the beach is right out front but is a 120 foot walk down zig zagfy paths to get to. You can hire a beach hut for a day if you wanted. It's a beautiful beach and there's quite a decent walk along the coast too.
It takes about 15 mins to walk down to the town centre, which in places is quite steep. Lots to see there with a good number of shops, bars, bistros, cafes and restaurants. Book your dinner locations ahead though as all are busy!
There's plenty to see and do from the Abbey, to the brewery, to boat trips and walking tours or putting green golf.
We had a lovely time.

This property is a phenomenal location, with incredible views and the property is larger than expected and well appointed. All logistics and bookings work excellently. Lovely welcome goodies included which were unexpected and a lovely touch. All facilities that you could possibly need are provided and the extra measures they have put in place to protect against COVID are easy to work within but more importantly provide great piece of mind.

Lovely view, the front bedroom is the best view. Everything that you need is in the apartment.
Sadly will not return as it is a massive block of apartments and there was someone above us that played music really loud from late night into the early hours of the morning that comes through the ceiling!

Great location outside of town but near a beach and a coastline walk that was beautiful. Only a ten minute walk to the town and quayside.
The apartment was great. Plenty of room with everything you need to self cater. Also some treats there on arrival which we appreciated.
Ground floor with patio doors onto a nice seating area where the 'sunset view ' title of the property becomes obvious.
You are next door to a Chinese restaurant but we were not aware of any disturbance from that and if you want a meal or a cheeky takeaway then it's all there .
Not much to say...slightly creaky mezzanine floor if I was really pedantic.
But no real complaints.

Good location which satisfied our needs.Nice touch to leave biscuits, crisps and chocolate also radox in the bathroom.
Found it difficult to reduce the heating.Found the constant emails regarding the scaffolding on the building at the time of our visit and verifying my identity prior to our visit tedious and irritating.

Location on the promenade was excellent. The extra provisions ( tea, coffee, chocolates, biscuits ) were a pleasant surprise.
Rather off -putting when we arrived to find the entire front of the large (former hotel) building adorned with huge scaffolding. This restricted the view from the main kitchen window which looks out to sea. The sea view was one of the reasons why I had booked this property. Nevertheless, the quality of the furnishings and the ambience of the apartment meant that we relaxed immediately.

The access to the lock box was simple and well communicated with us prior to arrival.
The property could do with a bit of TLC, there are large cracks in the bathroom ceiling of the main bedroom, the window and door surrounds have paint peeling and some of the back splashes in the kitchen are loose.
The pillows were also very hard.

The property is in a superb location right near the sea front with great views.
The hosts were really helpful allowing us to check in earlier so we could drop our bags off and communication was superb. We were warned in advance that there was scaffolding outside the property for repairs, photos were sent of the scaffolding from inside and outside and we were given the option to cancel the booking but we chose to go ahead and really pleased we did as it was very comfortable, clean and spacious.
The location is a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Whitby and is right near the beach which can be accessed by a lift or a few stone steps down.
It's good that dogs are also allowed and handy that there is a large utility room where our dogs had their bed. There is also a little gated and enclosed paved terrace outside where you can wipe them down before going in.
Would not hesitate staying here again when we decide to have another trip back to Whitby.

Plenty of space for our son to enjoy while inside. Close to beach, lovely views from house.
Great welcome pack with chocs, biscuits and crisps!😋
Stuff that didn't need a regular clean was quite dusty, such as the hats on the wall and the rims on the glass squares in the walls, minor details but could put some off.

It is well insulated because even though it is next door to a Chinese restaurant and there are flats above - the noise was minimal.

Great apartment, spacious, light, wonderful position, walking distance to beach and town. Very well equipped, lots of hooks and cupboard space, and great utility with washing machine and freezer. Very comfortable main double bed. Easy parking. The Chinese restaurant next door is not a problem at all, such as there are no problems parking and no cooking smells. I found slow communication response from the Guest Relations team, when asking for help and advice. I got replies asking for help after 24 hours, and then it was after making a second reminder request. If it was urgent, I would have phoned, so this was not a major problem. There are a few maintenance issues, which I have informed the Guest Relations team about. I am sure they will put these right, as everything else is in very good state. I would definitely want to stay here again. It was a very relaxing stay, thank you.

A lovely apartment with amazing views. We were even lucky enough to see the sunset! About a 15 to 20 minute walk into Whitby. Beach is across the road and you can even take a lift down if you're not feeling very energetic. We managed to park 2 Renault Capturs in the parking space.

Lovely place to stay, very spacious for a 2 bed apartment, and a nice free standing bath. Sea views and the biscuits and chocolates were a nice welcoming touch.
Creaky floorboards upstairs meant it was hard getting our baby to sleep, and the blinds don’t work properly so it’s very light as soon as the sun comes up. Otherwise a great place to stay.
