This is a great flat in a brilliant location. Lots of great pubs and restaurants - all walkable. Also a good location to explore. We managed Holy Island, Hadrian’s Wall and Newcastle city centre.

The apartment was nice, clean and well located.
But the washing machine and dishwasher were not working for our longer stay which was annoying and inconvenient. Both had been broken for some time and despite frequent messages nothing was rectified. We found Host&Stay were quick to send messages, often in the middle of the night, but took no action to sort the problems out. The washing machine was broken for at least two weeks before we arrived, and the inside of the dishwasher was mouldy - so these were not new issues.
I do not think I could recommend Host&Stay, which is disappointing as the apartment itself was lovely just let down by poor maintenance.
