With a comfy suede sofa and an armchair, this is the perfect place to chill in front of the flat-screen TV.
Head to the kitchen and you’ll find all of the essential appliances that you need to ensure that guests can make the most of their self-catering stay at Sleepers @ No.8. With cream cupboards and wooden work-tops, this space perfectly mixes modern and traditional.
You can enjoy your evening meal in a second living area with a dining table. With a sofa also available for use, guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to finding relaxing spaces during their stay at Sleepers @ No.8. From this room is where you can access the outdoor space that the property has to boast about. With a table and chairs, this area is ideal for taking in the fresh North Yorkshire air, or eating alfresco in the warmer months.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a plush double bed. With premium bed linens, guests are guaranteed a great night’s sleep at Sleepers @ No.8. This tranquil space also boasts a dressing table.
The bathroom at the cottage continues the spacious theme within Sleepers @ No.8. With a bathtub, separate shower, WC and wash basin, this clean and shiny space has all of the facilities you need.
Please note that a single sofa bed can be made up in Sleepers @ No.8, increasing the occupancy to 3. Please get in touch with Host & Stay to request for this to be made up prior to your stay.

Guests have access to the full property.The keys to Sleepers @ No.8 are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
On-street parking is available on Park Street, however spaces are not guaranteed as this operates on a first come, first served basis. Pay and display car parks can be found around Pickering town centre.

The property was beautiful and renovated to a really high standard. It is located above a lovely tea rooms and is directly opposite to where the steam train pulls in. My Mum, 1 year old daughter and I had a really pleasant stay here. However, it could have been a little cleaner and the terrace definitely needs some tlc. The weeds were over a foot high! The shower tray closest to where you step in had an obvious orange layer of grime that I don't know how the cleaners have missed! There were also dark hairs on the seat cushions of the dining room and glasses and cutlery all needed a good wash. Bare in mind it is double yellow lines directly outside and the parking during the day opposite is only for 1 hour. We found plenty of residential streets to park on round the back though. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Pickering as I'm sure the cleaning issues will be noted and rectified after this review. 🙂
