we checked under the bed and there was dust carpet not been vacuumed. There was also a gap of 1cm in one of the floor tiles in the lounge. This was noticeable there was a dripping tap in the bathroom that's minor could have started yesterday. All guests need to fill out a parking permit their a supply of these in the house. Good location overall. Property well decorated in soft gentile colours and clean very nice tv and some books to read. Kitchen modern overall decent for a weekend or full weeks stay.

The smoke alarm was beeping every few seconds when we arrived and I was told to change the battery myself, which I could not do (high ceilings and I’m petite). I spent hours on the phone trying to get someone from Host & Stay to help me. We endured 7 hours of beeping and a maintenance person arrived just before 11pm, while my kids slept with headphones on. It ruined the first night of our holiday. The flat was filthy; lots of hair in the bathroom, significant cobwebs in all rooms, dirty carpets. The many air-fresheners mostly masked the damp smell. Bedding and kitchen things were clean enough. The location and parking provision was excellent. The locks were very difficult to use (the external lock and the key safe). I have waited nearly two weeks for Host and Stay to resolve my complaint and am yet to have a resolution, despite emailing multiple times. This is my last chance to write a review here and I feel it’s important to let other people know about my terrible experience.

Hello, honestly not sure where to start as it really was just perfect. The place was so clean and tidy and felt very nice airy and open. My family settled in almost immediately and spent all our evenings in, it is in a great location for the shops parks and short walk to North Shore. We are already planning our next stay 😁

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall clean and tidy, good storage available in the bedrooms, main bedroom nice and spacious. Soap etc provided, but would recommend bringing your own shower cream etc for stays longer than a few nights. Would have loved a high and dry for swimming stuff etc, but there is a tumble dryer available in the flat. Would come back.

we had a lovely stay and the host was quick to reply. small things that didn't in anyway impede our stay, such as tea and coffee supplues, and a second key would have been helpful. however we would happily return , no issues parking and area was very quiet and peaceful

We booked this last minute, Experience wasn’t the best we were told to contact the corporate to arrange check-in details and a deposit for accidental damage. I rang up three times and eventually got a response. I’ve paid £25 and then was told this was non-refundable. This wasn’t explained and it was a none of the information provided prior to booking. We feel this is unacceptable after paying the money we paid and should’ve been explained fully otherwise we won’t have booked, we have booked Airbnb multiple times and never had a problem. The apartment itself was great location and everything we needed for a short break. We booked it for two nights as this was minimum requirement however we only stayed for one night due to the fact that wasn’t up to standard. I complained on the telephone reservation and emailed them requesting our £25.00 back . But was told this was in the terms and conditions, but this is still yet to be seen . Disappointed by the all experience
