Beautifully refurbished, this maisonette apartment is also ideally located for exploring the North York Moors National Park.
The space
High Street has a bright and spacious living room area which can be found as you enter the apartment on the right at the top of the first set of stairs. Featuring a modern media wall with flat screen Smart TV and two comfy sofas, this space is perfect for relaxing.

The family bathroom, also located on the first floor, features a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen can be found at the end of the first-floor hallway. Sleek in style, the kitchen boasts dove grey, smooth cabinets and modern appliances. With everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay, you can make the most of your self-catering stay in Loftus.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and you’ll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed while the second bedroom features a bunk bed and the third is a double. Each bedroom has storage space and premium bed linens to ensure you have the most comfortable stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.

On-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay per reservation.

Good location for visiting local area. Comfortable apartment and can easily find free parking within 5 minutes walk. Can recommend visiting Staithes and Whitby

We had a reasonable stay here. and it was a reasonable stay here. We had a few issues when we arrived, and although it didn't detract from our stay, the agency responded quickly when we voiced our concerns. I would recommend it as a base if you want to explore the area. Parking is quite a distance away, so be prepared to walk with bags etc.

The apartment is brilliantly situated for visits to Whitby, Saltburn, Staithes and the North Yorkshire Moors. The high street the apartment is located on has a co-op, takeaways, pubs and a church. Easy to walk to anything you may need. There is parking on the high street but limited to 1 hour. We parked on the next street up and walked to and from the apartment but would need to be considered if anybody had mobility issues. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and was comfortable, cosy and the TV had all the apps we needed. there were a few items missing which we notified the property managers about through the Air B&B app. Regardless of a few minor issues we really enjoyed our stay

The location was great to get around the Yorkshire coast and moors. The property needed better cleaning facilities The description says they will take 4 dogs, but there is a lot of carpet, and so it’s not easy keeping things clean if you’ve been out walking or on the beach. We took three small dogs and it was a lot of work making sure they were clean enough to go inside and up the stairs to reduce sand and mess. The property itself is a great size for 2 adults and two children, but there was no where to sit down and eat properly. We had a great time overall but we got the impression this was a newly renovated property and felt it still needs some work, especially the bathroom.
