In the oldest part of Richmond, you’ll find a newly-refurbished gem. Sitting in the grounds of The Old Brewery, The Annexe has three ensuite king-size bedrooms and a family bathroom, as well as a newly-fitted kitchen, living space and a cosy snug. It’s perfect for families and small groups wanting either a peaceful break, or quick and easy access to the beautiful Yorkshire Dale walks.
The space
Step into the ground floor of this modern and newly renovated property and you’ll find three immaculate king-size bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower or bath. The rooms make for a truly stylish welcome, mixing new furniture with some repurposed classic items.

Take the stairs up to the first floor where you’ll find the main living and dining area, offering a clean and crisp design for a beautiful and relaxing space with a few modern style touches. It features dining space for eight at a modern industrial-style table, as well as comfortable seating around a stunning open fireplace. Also on this floor, you’ll find the family bathroom and a new redeveloped kitchen that gives you all you need for your stay, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and coffee maker.

But this unique property is not finished there. Another staircase takes you up to a mezzanine second-floor snug, where you can find a bit of peace for your holiday among the floral artwork and welcoming soft furnishings. An additional washroom can be found up here too, as well as a sofa bed if extra sleeping space is required.

Outside the property is an outdoor space, peaceful enough for soaking up the summer sun, or for al fresco dining and evening drinks at the new outdoor furniture being introduced.

The Annexe is within the grounds of The Old Brewery, another beautiful property available for your stay. It is possible to book both together for those needing a bit more space to sleep up to 18 guests. This would be perfect for large walking groups, or friend and family get togethers, so please call our team to discuss booking both properties.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There are a number of free parking spaces just outside the property. There is also a large public car park just a minutes' walk from the property.
Other things to note
The Annexe is within the grounds of another property, The Old Brewery, which is available to book for those needing room to sleep up to 20 guests combined.

Lovely spacious property for all the family to come together and catch up with each other. Three en-suite bedrooms and a large living area. Location was good for walks and access to town.

I would like to start by saying that the house itself and the location within a beautiful town are excellent. That said, the attention to detail we have come to expect from all other Airbnb’s we have stayed at was sadly missing. Cleaning was poor, the yard had fallen apple and pear trip hazards all over the place, outside lighting was non existent, missing utensils in the kitchen, trouble locking the door from the inside, overflowing shared bins, 2 broken chairs in the dining area, one of the bedroom blinds broken and left lying on the floor, one of the beds had a big lump in the middle, dust and cobwebs clearly visible. Parking outside not very good but there is a car park 100 yards away that costs £20 for a week so we just done that rather than annoy the neighbours. It would be better to mention this on the advert so that people are aware. As I said at the start, the house and location are excellent but with new cleaners and a bit more attention to detail it could be so much more.

The place was decorated so well and was just what we needed. Location was great and it wasn’t unclean. The bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the kitchen/ dining area/ living room is upstairs. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic venue for family or friend group. Great open plan accommodation, all bedrooms equally excellent with on-suits. Fab location, by the side of the river, with lovely walks on the doorstep or easy walk into great market town. Communication & cost faultless. Would happily return.
