The pictures, while accurate, do not show just how beautiful Roslyn House is. It is located in a small but lively village, surrounded by gorgeous walks, areas of interest and all amenities. We were a family with ages from 10yrs up to 75, and all had a wonderful time. We were sad to leave, but made precious memories that will stay with us for years to come. Haworth was a hit, as was Brimham Rocks, fantastic places to visit.

The house was exactly as described and was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a family gathering there and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us. Even though there are 2 lounges they were large enough for all us to gather together in either one of them. The dining room and table were large enough to seat all of us comfortably.We particularly liked the fact that each bedroom had en suite facilities. Getting 10 of us through just 1 or 2 bathrooms in the morning would have taken forever! The house is well situated in a quiet location yet within a 5 minute walk of the shops, restaurants and pubs of Pately Bridge and the neighbours were very friendly. I would stay there again if we had another large gathering and would recommend it.

Lovely accommodation in a great location, we all hugely enjoyed our weekend there. Beautifully appointed and the owner/managers very responsive. Only gripe was a lack of shower gel /basic toiletries and no hairdryer (there may have been one in the property as hairdryer was advertised but none in our room. No oven gloves provided which hopefully will be rectified for future bookings. And there was a lack of flexibility on a request for a departure time of 11am instead of 10am (only requested after checking and noting the property was vacant for the following week). But minor quibbles, can thoroughly recommend.

Was expensive for what we have paid previously in the past in St Ives - with a better location and maintenance on the house. Had several problems with the hot water, water not draining, damp leakage and washing machine missing. The beautiful decor covers alot of the maintenance issues.

The house was great , loads of space and it was lovely to have so many bathrooms . The host was extremely communicative and everything was as advertised . The house was perfect for a family gathering

This house is such a lovely stay for a group of friends wanting a get together. Having en suite bathrooms in each room was amazing and gave each family a private space. There is also a large communal bathroom, kitchen and great dining area for having meals in which we did every night. As the listing is new we did find a few teething problems that I have provided private feedback to the host about but we really did enjoy our stay. The main issue was the outdoor space not being usable due to excess rubbish left and not having some basic items in the kitchen which we had to go and buy. Definitely bring your own pans if you are planning on cooking as a big group as the ones in the house are very small and definitely need bigger ones for a group. Would still 100% recommend this place, the beds and decor are lovely. With us being one of the first guests there were just a few things that felt a bit rushed.

Spacious house, recently renovated. Each bedroom had its own en suite which was perfect. Great location for walks, shops and pubs. Literally a few minute walk

Beautifully and newly renovated place in central Patley Bridge location. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms in every room which was amazing!
