Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Ramsgate bietet eine Menge Restaurants sowie einen wunderschönen Strand.
Wie im vorherigen Kommentaren beschrieben steht entgegen der Beschreibung doch WLAN zur Verfügung.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen war allerdings, dass der Deckenventilator im Bad Schimmel angesetzt hatte. Auf Meldung kam auch jemand der dies reinigte, leider aber nur oberflächlich.

Was close to the beach, we didn't use the car the time we was there which was nice.

No full-length mirror us girls like to see what we look like before we leave the house. The door lock is a bit temperamental. we got locked in one evening. You had to play around with it. would be no good if there's a fire other than that it was excellent.

Looked exactly as the pictures. Freshly decorated/refurbished nice one bed apartment with all that you need for a lovely stay. Only a 7min walk to the marina/beach and several main supermarkets and restaurants. All appliances brand new and includes a dishwasher. Also with comfortable bed and pillows.
Recommendations:
1. Please change you check-in policy that demands a £250 deposit or a forced damage insurance.
2.Please change the blinds as it offers no privacy from the side when the lights are on inside. While they fit into the aesthetics and decorations of the property and are beautiful, they are not functional and might end up generating unnecessary negative reviews.
If these can be looked at that this property has my recommendation for a beautiful and enjoyable stay.

The most beautiful Airbnb I stayed in! This apartment is stunning, looks exactly like on the photos, very cozy and felt immediately like at home. The place was clean and tidy and really warm. Bed is super comfy. In the end we were happy that it rained one day so we could stay in and enjoy the comfort of this apartment, just snuggle in front of the TV :)
Checkin and check out were super easy, clear instructions and no problem at all.
Thank you so much!
Oh and also there is WIFI - that was a nice surprise, considering the listing said "no wifi".

Flat was lovely, very clean and decorated beautifully, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the harbour.
There were just a couple of things that could be improved.
There was no dishwasher tablets or laundry detergent for the washing machine, there was also no main bin inside the flat. The shower door is very hard to open from the inside as the handle is so small and obviously gets wet, if you are staying alone it would be almost impossible to get out.
Overall we had a great stay, and will definitely be coming back.

Negative...Property is Number 1. But once inside there's 4 separate flats.Had to contact host. Flat 4!!
Positives....very clean. Spotless bathroom. Comfy bed. Small but adequate kitchen.
Location is about 15 minute walk from train station and another 10 minutes on to the beach. In the past I've had AirBnB with the host present and met some wonderful people. This was a flat to myself and, for me, couldn't fault it. Frequent visitor to Ramsgate and will certainly look out for this flat again

We were locked our for three hours a faullty door catch it’s July 24th and I’m still waiting for the outcome of my complaint to Home and Stay I had to get a passer by to help me as three people I spoke to on the emergency line told me to get a locksmith pay for it and then contact them for a refund I didn’t want the responsibility as it wasn’t my property

We liked the location and the clean apartment

A door handle jammed and we couldn’t get into the flat I called Home and stay customer service they were awful we were stuck outside for three hours that evening they couldn’t send a maintenance man and told us to get a locksmith and pay them despite me refusing to have the responsibility to do this A neighbour managed to open the door We were locked out on the Thursday we got a call on the Sunday to ask if we were still outside?! I put in a complaint no response yet!
