The place was very cozy and clean. Very quiet at night. The shower was great. It had everything that was required in the kitchen. I will book again when I am back in Cardiff.

Really great location and clean house. The only minor point was the beds were a little uncomfortable which was the only detracting factor in an otherwise great stay (n.b. I slept on the sofa bed). Host & Stay were also very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here for the Cardiff Half marathon and had a great time. All the amenities were great and the location was perfect. We had our dog with us so we’re very grateful it was only a short walk to the fields and parks, and lots of lovely cafes just around the corner. Only about a 25 minute walk to the city centre too! We would definitely stay here again!

All good except for the additional charges for insurance which you had to find in the small print and so only became obvious to me after I had booked. It took us over our budget yet we weren’t allowed to cancel. All charges should be made very clear upfront.

Good quality accommodation, great location.

The agent's arrangements for deposits against damage are bogus and an obvious scam, which really left a nasty taste in the mouth. As for the accommodation, be aware there are steep stairs to negotiate getting around the flat and every door is a spring-loaded fire door and they're very heavy to open. My elderly mother struggled with them, as did I. Otherwise it's all good.

I know Cardiff well so chose this place for it's location. It was absolutely lovely and we would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is to get a parking permit to save a few drives round the block!
Everything was extremely comfortable and felt like home from home. We wished we could stay longer!

Had a great stay. No issues with entry and everything was as described on website. The on-line house guide wasn’t available through the link or QR code in the property.
Whilst there is on free street parking you may need to park a number of streets away due to scarcity of spaces. The smaller your car the better. Easy walk into the centre of Cardiff.

I recently had an amazing time staying in Pontcanna, and I can't recommend it enough! The house I stayed in was incredibly spacious and seemed to have been recently refurbished and decorated, which added a fresh and modern feel to the entire place.
One of the highlights was how bright and airy the house felt, with windows in most of the rooms bringing natural light.
The garden was another standout feature, with a lovely bench and a beautiful wisteria on the back wall. One of the days, we had breakfast outside as the weather played ball.
The location was very convenient, with shops and good restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away. Just a tip: I recommend booking restaurants beforehand as they can get quite busy. A special shoutout to West Pizza, which is about a 7-minute walk from the house. Overall, my experience in Pontcanna was fantastic, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
