All good except for the additional charges for insurance which you had to find in the small print and so only became obvious to me after I had booked. It took us over our budget yet we weren’t allowed to cancel. All charges should be made very clear upfront.

I know Cardiff well so chose this place for it's location. It was absolutely lovely and we would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is to get a parking permit to save a few drives round the block! Everything was extremely comfortable and felt like home from home. We wished we could stay longer!
