The space

This is a beachfront 2 bedrooms apartment for up to 5 guests on the 8th floor of the B block.

All on one level, South facing, sun all day, large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice pool and garden views.
Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV.
Both bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.
Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with bath.

Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.

Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

we're on site 8am to 8pm and there is a 20 hours reception for any emergency

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.
The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.

We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per night.
once you get here you can walk everywhere

The apartment is super bright and very well appointed. The space is well designed to take full advantage of the views and southern exposure. It was clean and had everything we needed. Daniela was super responsive and check in and out were a breeze.

A very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Right on the boardwalk. Quiet and quiet on the 8th floor. Proximity to restaurants and bars. Great garden with the swimming pool. The host couple is very helpful. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful spacious apartment with great view to the sea. Everything your heart desires is in walking distance. The host was also very helpful and even offered face to face meeting during the day if needed. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! All worked smoothly and really met our expectations . It was thought out and thoughtful. Everything in from a well-equipped kitchen, wheeled bag that made it easy to shop, to plenty of towels and even a basket for picnics on the beach. We are very happy and will surely be back :)

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
