I had a super pre -Christmas holiday in apartment 217A. Skol Apartments . The apartment had unrivalled views of the sea and passio. It was spotless ,well equipped and very comfortable. It was wonderful to relax on the spacious balcony in the evening and listen to the waves and the chatter from bars and cafes down below. Daniella is very attentive and always available. I highly recommend her and her company . I will certainly return as my stay was an amazing experience. Miriam (Dublin Ireland)

Das Appartment wurde zwar vor unserem Einzug gereinigt, war aber nicht sauber.Unter den Sesselnlagen Scherben von zerbrochenem Glas, unter der Couch eine defekte Gardienenstange, die Dusche war stark verkalt, um das WC gelbe Flecken. Im gesamten Appartment roch es extrem nach Chemie/Desinfektion. An schlimmsten waren die Kakerlaken in der Küche und im Bad. Wir haben das reklamiert, worauf das Appartment nochmals mit einem Mittel ausgespritzt wurde. Es roch dann noch stärker und meine Frau bekam einen alergischen Husten. Der wöchentliche Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche wurde nur nach Reklamation durchgeführt, nicht einmal zum Termin. So wurde bei 24 Tagen Buchung ein Wechsel gespart. Wir würden Skol nicht nochmals buchen.

Great stay for 24 days in November 2024 ! Trouble free ,spotless apartment ,very quiet neigbourhood ! Daniela is very organized and always ahead of anything. She advised us that a storm was headind in Marbella and how we should prepare! When you book with her ,she become your protector and she make sure that your stay is perfect! We are regulars that came at Skolapartment for the last 12 years and we don't hesitate to refer our friends and they never been insastified! Many thanks Daniela ,Vincenzo and family ! A very lovely 2 bed apartment right on the beach with 3 pools and a restaurant/bar open until 6.30pm. And enough beds for everyone, at a very reasonable price of €3. Apartment is small, but perfectly formed. And very clean. Great wifi tv and everything you need in the. kitchen. We were 2 adults and 3 children under 11. And it was perfect, i cooked twice a day for the children with no problem. A good price for the centre of Marbella. I highly reccomend.

D and V .We had a wonderful 6 day stay in 613a .Apt had everything that one would want for a short or long term.Always some small things that could be improved,like all our homes!.Would certainly return to Skol 613a again even just for the wonderful Easterly Vista.Thanks again David and Anne.

Great location. Nice balcony with a seaview. Very well equipped kitchenette. The bed is good. The bathroom needs some reparation, though.

It's a nice place for a family or a group of friends to stay. Right next to the sea, really close to the city center. It has 3 pools inside the yard if the sea is way too cold for you.
