Excellent location for exploring York City centre and surrounding areas. All accessible on foot as you are so central. Basic toiletries provided and some milk which was a very welcome gesture after a long journey. Access was easy with a lockbox, the apartment itself was nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable. Really cosy once the apartment warmed up - fireplace was a bonus.
While clean there was an offensive smell of sewage coming from the bathroom - was unpleasant to use.

Was lovely and comfortable, great location to the city centre everything is on your doorstep. Also very easy to find. Kitchen comes well equipped if you’re looking to stay in one night and cook. And has private off street parking. 👍
Wouldn’t mark it down for this but the flat it on the top floor meaning you have to go through multiple doors and a few flights of stairs. Just something to be aware of as I booked this for the Yorkshire Marathon and struggled after 😂 but that’s my fault.

Great location, good price for York, well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the fan was very loud. We were caught out by the small print requiring a deposit then the company kept the money for an unacceptable length of time (2 weeks) and charged an admin fee. In addition the fine print allows them to keep you on the hook for damage for 1 month after checkout. Be careful when booking.

Location was excellent, in close proximity to York centre, also to supermarket. On site parking was a real bonus.
The cleanliness and management of the apartment was poor. On arrival Wifi was not working, after checking the plug had become disconnected from the extension lead under the dining table. The shower room/toilet floor was not clean as there were hairs by the shower tray (see photo). The toilet seat was loose, presenting a hazard to use if not careful when sitting. All window frames exhibited black mould on horizontal bars, a potential health risk for some, indicating no routine cleaning at changeover (see photo). There were two property handbooks, both different, why? One said all appliance manuals are in the handbook (singular) - they were not; only some. One of the most useful - operation of the oven - was found, after being needed, in one of the kitchen drawers! There were no oven proof dishes for use in the main oven or microwave - only a tin roasting pan and 3 oven trays were provided. There was no provision made in the apartment kitchen for storing recyclables prior to leaving and placing in outside storage bins as instructed in the manual? just one kitchen bin, lined with a black plastic sack, was provided for general waste. Only one medium sized frying pan, non-stick type, was provided but food stuck - needed replacing. A minor issue, perhaps, but a couple of egg cups would have been useful. On vacating the apartment to place the recyclable waste in the bins provided outside, two of these were full to overflowing! Some waste was strewn on the ground.

really great location and very close to everything, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. the apartment was a good size for a couple and fairly clean apart from some unclean cups which was easily cleaned off by myself. there is a slight drain smell but it isn’t unbearable and it’s an old city so understandable. came with some milk sachets, teabags etc. i was a little bit confused about the check in forms as they had told me i’d get the check in form 14 days before the check in date but i hadn’t, so i phoned host and stay and i found the lady wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. once i got the check in form it was straightforward and all was good. all in all can’t complain about it as the location was just superb.

The location is the only positive thing we can say about this property.
Feversham House and this apartment are in urgent need of attention. There is a terrible smell as soon as you enter the communal area. The carpets are old and dirty, should have been replaced years ago. The walls also need painted, a refurbishment is required to bring the communal areas up to an acceptable standard. When you arrive at the apartment door the carpet has two big stains ( previously mentioned in a review ) nothing has been done about it. When we opened the door, which is well worn and needs attention, we were hit with an obnoxious smell. This was coming from the bathroom. There is a major problem with the drain ( previously mentioned in a review) nothing has been done about it. During our two day stay, we felt sick every time we used the toilet. The pan has a stain that doesn’t flush away and there was a spider on the wall. Quite frankly disgusting. The bedroom was another disaster, the mirror wardrobe has a huge crack in it , from top to bottom ( previously mentioned in a review but nothing done about it ) This was dangerous and a H&S issue. On the other side it had stuff in it, blocking the
Fire exit, again a serious H&S issue. This is a danger to life and this apartment shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on booking dot com. We had to remove the bedroom rug during our stay, quite frankly, is was dirty, disgusting and should have been replaced years ago. There was no attention to detail in the apartment, a bar code on the toilet seat, a new clock, in the kitchen at the wrong time and the
old one lying next to it.
My wife and I hosted an apartment in Spain for 20 years, so we know the proper way to manage an apartment.
I had read the reviews beforehand and was slightly concerned about some of them. I asked, Charlie ( the person who manages the apartment) if complaints were attended to before the next guests arrived? I was assured this would be done. None of them were, Charlie tells lies and is disingenuous.

Location perfect: car parking perfect: kitchen crockery and utensils great; great supermarket close by and very quiet.
Poor welcome pack; yale lock not functioning, which made it difficult using other key to lock door as nothing to pull on towards; cracked mirror wardrobe which has been referred to in previous reviews; didn't want to use that side of wardrobe as felt unsafe; corridor could be better cleaned and stains right outside door on carpet; bathroom could be be cleaned better

Great location, close to the city walls and York Minster. Loads of places to eat and drink etc. Also close to a supermarket, should you have wanted to use the kitchen facilities.
The parking space is tiny, with cars either side and all within the lines it was almost impossible to get in and out the doors. I have a medium sized car, if anyone had a Range Rover etc, no chance.
The damage policy and insurance is out of step with the rest of the market, I understand that some idiots do leave properties in a mess, but we always clean up and leave them tidy, so to be charged £25 for just 3 days regardless does make me think twice about using Host & Stay. (The alternative of paying £250 returnable deposit minus £10 admin fee, is also pretty un-palatable and with other reviews saying it took more than 14 days to be returned and needed chasing, also puts me off). Just add it to the basic cost and do away with this disingenuous process.
The standard of the apartment was not the best, cobwebs in the bathroom, a broken mirror/wardrobe door that seems to have been like this for weeks according to other reviews. And the bathroom had a constant smell of drains, despite being on the second floor.
Also worth noting there is no lift, so be prepared o carry your bags up two flights of stairs, normally not a problem but I twisted my ankle on the one of Yorks cobbled streets and it being a very hot few days, Id have appreciated a lift. But its an old building and I appreciate you cant just pop one in over a weekend!

Location was good, very close to city walls.

There was a break in the mirrored wardrobe door that had tape on it, it needs replacing.

Proximity to city walls was great, and an easy walk into the historic centre.
Free parking was good, but not able to access the space for the apartment as other people had parked badly, so we had to leave our car in a visitors space
Not very clean.
Having read previous reviews, and the replies, it is disappointing that none of the previous issues have been addressed. There is still no storage in the bedroom as the wardrobe is full of clutter. There are no hooks on the bathroom door, there is a revolting drain smell in the bathroom and the extractor fan is full of cobwebs.
There is still mould on the bedroom window, and the sliding glass door is cracked from top to bottom and held together with sticky tape.
As there is a compulsory cleaning charge of £50 added to any stay, even for 2 nights, I would have expected a much better standard of cleanliness

Location super for city.
Good kitchen facilities
Booking.com were very helpful in trying to sort out problems
Dirty duvet but hotel did replace next day but with a winter tog rating in May in UK
Cracked dangerous mirror in bedroom, did not like hosts response
Fire door was blocked with junk and its existence not even mentioned since it was at back of a sliding wardrobe.
We requested no feathers but there were 6 feather cushions in lounge and bedroom

Superb location - just off Goodramgate near one of our favourite restaurants, and our favourite part of York centre. Under 5 min walk and you are in the thick of things re shops and pubs etc, however, still super quiet location and nice to look out and see the city walls.
Nothing really, but if wanting me to really pick then:-
Bed could do with a proper headboard as your pillows fall through the space
Bedroom mirror in wardrobe had a big crack in it, worried it was going to fall out when opening the sliding doors
Again nothing major at all it was lovely apartment, wouldn't stop me booking again.

The location was very central, clean and relaxing. It was a real treat drawing the curtains in the morning to see the grass surrounding the city walls covered in daffodils. The shower was great and the check in process very easy. I also loved the fabrics in the flat. Lovely blinds and cushions. There weren't too many rules for check out either which l liked. I've stayed in places before where there are so many processes to go through before final check out that it gets a bit stressful. I didn't really want to leave.
It was pretty much perfect except for the terrible tea towels 😊. They left a wealth of fluff on everything.

Close to centre of town, not to far to shops, bars and cathedral, took a nice walk along the wall around the town
Our room was up 4 flights of stairs which is no good for elderly people with disabilities, I would definitely not recommend this property for anyone elderly or has disability issues

Clean apartment, Excellent location
No storage, the large double wardrobe seemed to be full, stepladder in there & had a small hanging space with 3 hangers, no shelves. No hooks on back of doors or even in the bathroom for towels etc. lack of plug with a mirror for hairstyling, so very disappointing!!!! Bed was too soft & on the small side, the outside corridors were abit untidy with lots of bits on the carpet & there was stains outside our doorway.

Comfy bed and lovely and warm

Wonderful location for touring the city of York; very close to a grocery store; well-equipped, comfortable, quiet, and secure.
Not as clean as we would have hoped. (After tripping on one of the throw-rugs, we decided to roll them up ad set them aside. When we lifted the rugs, there was a lot of dirt underneath.)

Great position in lovely building, just a a minutes walk to Sainsbury and a few minutes into the city, on-looking the city walls. Good parking. Could have been very noisy with surrounding roads but flat looked onto quieter side and secondary glazing worked really well, a peaceful time and slept well. Very well equipped kitchen, and perfect simple coffee machine. Nice comfy sofa. Nice big bed, side lights on both sides, doesn’t always happen! very appreciated! After the drama of the shower and trying to get the fire to work, we settled in and appreciated our stay.
Could not open window in the bedroom. Fire would not work, we’re looking forward to feeling snug on a chilly evening. Shower trap obviously mostly blocked - water poured out over side after a minute of showering. Could not remove the soak away to be able to help unblock, stressful! Got a very impersonal response when got through to report. Major hum from shower extractor reverberated through whole space for a little too long. Front door Yale lock doesn’t shut properly. Just small suggestions - hook of some kind in bathroom to put clothes on would be helpful, bedroom clock needs a battery. Duvet too thin for this time of year but had our own from previous travels.

The location was great, very close to the walled old city& York Minster
The place was comfortable, but the cleaners needed to check that the dishes, oven & shower were clean. I had to wash a lot of the dishes/ cups before use. Wouldn't use the oven or trays as they greasey & not washed.
The floor if the shower was so slippery someone could really hurt themselves which could result in injuries which the rental place would be responsible for! Used an extra towel to prevent sliding & slipping.

Ideally located to walk into the main area of York. Allocated parking which was one of the main reasons for choosing this property. Ideal for a quick stay for us.
In the corridor leading to the flat there was a very unpleasant smell and some rather nasty looking stains on the carpet . The odour was there when we arrived and really did take your breath away. Thankfully, it did not permeate the flat.

Fantastic location and immaculately clean. We'd read the car parking space was tight (we have a people carrier) so got the train. Only 1 car parked to the side of our space, so we may have been OK, but not worth chancing if unsure. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions provided for everything.

Great location and very quiet area, everything you need close by, the apartment was lovely in terms of layout and cosy and has pretty much everything you need.
When we arrived, you could tell the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. The place didn't smell great and everywhere was dusty, cobwebs in each room. There was mould all over the bathroom tiles and shower head. When you book they will change you extra for cleaning fee and then also a damage waiver so be where. I complained but they were disinterested, which is such a shame as its a great apartment. But I don't think it's fair what you pay and then on top of that you arrived and it's unclean.

We got multiple emails about sending in the deposit, but no email for checking in until we emailed them the check in day at 6pm. The sofa was very low quality and the seat kept sliding off. It's very uncomfortable and annoying. The matching cushion needed a good wash. The coffee capsule machine leaks if you don't empty out the water tank right afterwards. There are a bit of mould in the shower tiles and shower head. It's a corporate managed apartment, I guess I can't express too much caring of the place. But the location is very good, it's right outside of the city wall.

Don' t do what we did and forget to read small print. 25 admin charge and 50 cleaning charge added to quoted price. See other comments re damage charges or deposit. Might be ok for longer stay but we cut our losses and stayed elsewhere.
Request for further 25 damage waiver premium or 250 damage deposit subject to 10 admin charge. Without agreeing to this you do not get access code.. Did try and cancel within 24 hours thro' booking.com who did try to help but unfortunately messages apparently did not get thro' or no senior staff available at host company.

The flat was lovely and clean and a great place to stay. The only two things I'd change would be the communication from the host about ID verification/damage deposit which felt excessive and secondly when we arrived finding there was no salt/pepper, no coffee pods for the coffee machine etc. These little things would have improved our stay a great deal.
That said it's a great flat, great location and was easy to access.

Very close to walk into York each day.
Free parking in designated space
Sainsburys was right next door, which was really convenient.
The apartment was a good size and well equipped
Easy check in and check out with no contact. I just used a lock box
Nice and quiet even tho was by a main road through York as its set back.
Door was bit dodgy, didn't look locked unless locked with a key.
Wardrobe door was incredibly stiff to open and close.
Funny smell in the corridor like petrol and the carpet was very worn.

Great location and quiet flat. Felt like it was private and spacious. Loved the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Cleaners showed up right at 10AM as I was walking out the door so that felt very awkward but there was plenty of warning that check out was at 10AM - just felt like a third wall was breeched based on how punctual they were. Overall it was a great place for a solo trip and was comfortable. Oh and the shower was great!

My wife and I had a lovely stay in the flat - it was a stone’s throw from the city walls, and so very easy to walk into the city for an evenings drink or for dinner, but still very quiet and peaceful. The flat was lovely and cosy, and everything was as described and photographed.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the sofa and bed was very comfortable. The flat was left very clean and clutter free for when we arrived, and we settled in straight away.

There was webs on ceilings and bathroom fan very dusty! Also sofa arms and back dusty , generally areas not immediately seen were a bit grubby, back of bathroom door mouldings also dusty.

Close to city centre. Clean and presentable inside the flat.
Would only be made perfect if there was a later checkout than 10am.

We had a lovely time in York this weekend.
The space was clean, cool, tidy, just as the pics suggested.
The location is really convenient and instructions were super clear/ coherent.
I would say the only disappointment was that the host requires a deposit fee after booking which seemed a shame - I would have rather have costs like these included in the main fee.
The communication to pay this was also quite demanding / not very friendly in tone with warnings without notice etc.
I also received an email agresively telling me i've not paid my deposit yet (which I had indeed paid!). An apology was given - but still, I cant help thinking the whole experience was quite dramatic and not great customer service.
On leaving we got a text saying leave by 10am or there will be a fine...
We adhered to all but i wouldnt be booking through this company again as it goes against the friendly community spirit as per the other hosts on this platform.

The apartment was lovely and really well equipped, it was nice and clean too. Great location and only a short walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. One drawback was the parking space it is extremely tight and we only have a small/medium golf sized car even though it says on the listing it is suitable for a small to medium car there really isn't enough room either side when vehicles are parked to get out of the car easily so I would say that it's only suitable for a micro car and a gymnast. The only other thing was the flat was like an icebox when we arrived and it took a good few hours to warm up but the heaters were good once they got going. Also the Christmas tree and decorations were still up on 21st January?

Had a lovely stay in the apartment, very cosy and well equipt. A small walk to town and to sainsburys so very convienien location and als has parking for a small or medium car as advertised. Host was very reponsive and helpful, building was easy to get into. One item to note is when putting the location into gmaps it takes you into the sainsburys car park and not to the location which is next door outside the car park walls (I came from Leeds so it brought me in this way) What you want to do is ignore the satnav when it tells you to go right into the car park and take the next right for "Cloister Walk". That was the only thing and was the cause of maps. Really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Central location, warm clean flat. Well equipped and attractive furnishing. iIt was a quiet location - shops and restaurants close by.
The entrance to the building and stairs we dirty. There was building work going on in some flats but - no apparent effort to clean it up. in addition we didn’t need reminding so frequently when we were to leave.

The directions to find the apartment were clear and easy. The entrance and common areas were disappointing but the apartment was clean and presented well. Tea, coffee and milk were provided along with clean towels and shower gel.
The space was a little smaller than it appeared on the photos but was more than adequate for the two night stay. It was a great location and a short walking distance to the city walls as well as the city centre itself.

The accommodation is in a good location, easy to walk everywhere.
The host services were unhelpful and rude. The concealed charges in the booking, including and admin fee of £10 to handle the deposit that took over a week to be refunded, this despite indicating the deposit will be refunded upon check out. When we pointed out the issue with the payments, they failed to reconcile the issue, despite Booking.com providing advice that they need to. We ended up receiving compensation for this issue through booking.com directly. The issue could have been easily resolved, but they clearly didn't want to fix the issue. Speaking to booking.com, they indicated there had been many complaints about the same issues. The accommodation provider also sent way too many messages via text and email, which at times felt too much, and example of this was an SMS sent at 8am, reminding us that the check out time was 10am. Sometimes it is the simple things that make all the difference, and the very basics were not met in terms of customer service. The kitchen was also lacking some of the basics that you would expect to find in an apartment like this.

Lovely little apartment, very clean and cosy and perfect location. 3 min walk to the centre of York!
The apartment block could’ve been a bit cleaner, but the actual flat was lovely. Could’ve provided a few more tea bags and milk and toilet roll.
Parking spaces are very tight but we managed to fit an estate car in okay.

Property was lovely.. but.. (see below)
What should have been a lovely long weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday was marred by the fact that it was hidden in the booking (so much so that it had to be searched for) that upon arrival I would have to pay £250 against any damages but would be returned to us when we left.
Wasn't the case though.. why ?.. well, that's because 2 weeks BEFORE we were to arrive I received an email from Host & Stay (the owners of the property I assume) advising that we would have to pay £250 immediately as a damage waiver fee and this wouldn't be returned back to me until 14 days after departure !!
Or, pay £10 non returnable insurance (or so I thought, obviously I missread this)
I opted for the £10 insurance.. no, £260 was taken from my account ..
As this was in no way part of any agreement that I had with booking.com, I was really angry.
Tried to contact booking.com with my concerns, no joy !!
Although the £250 that is stated on booking.com was anything but clear (was pointed out by Host &Stay and also agreed that it was not transparent on the booking.com website) at the time of booking, this is what I should have paid with the terms I unwittingly agreed to.
If you book with booking.com please be aware that if they are acting on behalf of Host & Stay you will have to pay the damage waiver fee, and that they will hold your money for 28 days, including the period where you are not even using the property !! Unbelievable..
This is a SCAM in which to have your money in their bank account accruing interest because anything less than 28 days = no interest.. AND unfortunately they can't return any of this money earlier as SUPERHOG is the business who does the financial transactions not Host & Stay.. but peace of mind maybe on the horizon as they are each blaming each other for their inability to discuss fairer terms for the customer
I will not be using booking.

Cosy and comfortable.
Kitchen had everything we needed.
Nice festive decorations.
Bed was great.
Perfect location.
WiFi is terribly slow.
Top floor apartment which may be an issue for some. I didn't notice a lift.
No reflection on the property itself, but the communication from the management prior to arrival was too much. Constant nagging to pay £10 admin fee (which you aren't told about at booking) and also to pay £250 (!!) deposit which isn't just held on the account, but actually taken. I imagine they won't be as efficient at returning it as they were for asking for it.

A nice flat, cozy and with really nice furnishings and general design of the space. The location was really brilliant, an easy way to get in and out of the centre.
The coffee machine didn’t work (wrong pods were left so we couldn’t use it and also leaked water everywhere) so we had to buy some instant, there wasn’t enough tea to last us. Enough tea and coffee for the whole of the stay would be something I’d generally expect with an air bnb. The parking space is fine for a small car like ours, but larger cars would struggle.
Check in was easy and any communication was informative and polite, however I found having send a picture of my ID a little excessive.

Lovely, cosy modern flat. Walking distance to most attractions in the heart of York. Ideal for a couple or good friends who don't mind sharing a bed. The bed was very comfortable, pillows perfect.
No lift. Its non smoking so if your a smoker you have to go down 3 flight if stairs. Not a problem for myself.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Nice and modern but also cosy. Parking is a bonus
We didn't appreciate being locked in the apartment as the lock jammed, we were concerned that if there was a fire we wouldn't actually be able to get out. Upon phoning the helpline, we were told it wasn't an actual problem because after half and of trying we managed to unlock it! They said they wanted it sorting before the next guests, how about looking after the guests that were already there? The communal areas are disappointing, as its the first impression, it wasn't a good one.

The property is in a great location, very close to the Minster and the Shambles. Everything is in walking distance. The property is warm and comfortable, very well equipped. Arrival was easy with great instructions. Lots of lovely pubs and attractions very close by. Didn't need to drive anywhere all week.
The car park space is very small. No space to get in the doors if someone parks next to you. Not told how small it is until after booking.

The bed was very clean, the kitchen was very functional, and the location was great.
During the first two days of living in the house, there were many large flies flying around the house every day, and I had to chase away or kill many large flies every day. I only took two photos.

- Great location.
- Warm and comfortable.
- Access wasn’t as difficult as we thought (after reading previous reviews).
- Neighbouring apartments can be heard very easily, doors shutting/voices/moving around etc.
- Constant emails/messages throughout our stay were a bit annoying.
- Verification process (passport/driving license) is excessive.
- Quite expensive but a great stay nonetheless and would stay again.

Small, cosy flat with warm feeling to it, perfect for couples. Love the interior design and very comfortable bed.
Some of the chairs are very delicate, like about to break, so it didn't feel safe to sit on them. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Those were tough small faults that didn't affect our stay that much.
One very annoying thing was the process of guest verification that was absolutely off putting!!! Constant stream of messages (by email and by booking app) to verify yourself even after verification was already done, was so irritating that I won't be returning to this place again. The managing verification process was quick to reply to my complaints.

Pros : Strategic Location. Comfortable. Nice decor. Easy Access
Cons :
(1) Hounded by messages and email to verify my identity (copies of Driving licence, passport, etc) when such verification already done by AirBnB.
(2) walls are very thin. Could hear the neighbours talking, walking in their unit right up to late night.
(3) cobwebs in bathroom and in bedroom overhanging bed
(4) parking space is very small. Nightmare if you have a big car.

The apartment had such a warm and homely feel and was very comfortable. it had all the facilities listed and was very clean. it was a 5 minute walk from the Christmas market, shambles and york minister.
The only issue was that the shower uses a cylinder which means after the hot water has been used for so long it goes cold for a few minutes but it only takes a few minutes to warm up again and explains how to get the water warm again in the manual in the room.

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend for two nights as it was our first time visiting York.
The flat itself was lovely, clean and in a good location close to the town centre and we had an amazing weekend in York.
We chose this Flat as the reviews seemed good but we were disappointed about a few things… there is parking advertised but only the smallest car may fit so my partner and I had to park in a nearby car park which wasn’t cheap. We then came to make breakfast in the morning… well the oven didn’t work and we couldn’t find any cutlery, glasses, plates or pans, we sent a message to the host and later got a response at 2.30pm advising us to check the dishwasher, I don’t think it should be on the guests staying to unload the dishwasher from the people before us.
I would not recommend to stay here as I believe for the money we paid you could find a nicer place to stay.

Apartment is in a great location and very tidy. Entrance hall and communal entrance could do with a tidy up and the car park is very tight, not very practical for large cars.
Certainly do not recommend the host, stay North Yorkshire would not accommodate a change of dates when I advised I was really ill with 8 hours prior to check in. I travelled even though I was really ill with a sickness bug, I spent 2 nights ill in the apartment which they were happy for me to do knowing I had a bug. Really need to get with the times and make exceptions!

A great place to stay for a few nights to explore the beautiful city of York. Perfect location just outside of the city walls with a dedicated parking space.
The decor of the place was lovely, and the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only drawback was the requirement to provide my personal information to a third party site for verification, which I didn’t feel was really necessary given this was already verified by Airbnb.
Other than this, we had a great stay!

This flat is in an excellent location, easy to walk to the city walls and access all major tourist spots. The road is pretty quiet and the building secure. Perfect to pop back to if you need a break. It has everything you would need for a short stay, a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Well decorated and cleaned. We had a few small issues on arrival, but these were very quickly resolved and communication was excellent. They still need to sort the drain smell, but we went prepared. The rest of the flat and location made up for it, so although it is quite pricey we would still recommend to others as a great spot to visit York.

A fantastic apartment from which to explore York. The walk to the Minster is 5-10 minutes and very easy - from there you can explore the rest of the city with ease.
When we checked in, we noticed a few things amiss with the cleaning. However, we notified the company and they dealt with all outstanding issues immediately. Mistakes happen; we're all human. The customer service was second-to-none and we would very happily stay here again, and recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality Airbnb.

Absolutely amazing apartment, location unreal and communication with Stay was perfect. Only downside to it was check in was late due to house cleaning having issues, the bathroom had a weird smell from the drains which I reported to Stay and the price in hindsight is a tad expensive which may have been due to half term but overall amazing place and would 100% stay again.
