The space

Orchard Barn offers a spacious open plan living area with underfloor heating throughout and wood effect flooring with rugs. In the living area there is a Smart TV, a coffee table, and two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed which can be made up upon request to increase the occupancy to four. You’ll also find an armchair to relax in and enjoy a good book, while patio doors look out and open up onto the orchard. There is also a large desk for those who wish to catch up with any work.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is an electric oven with a four-ring induction hob and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

A pine dining table with four upholstered dining chairs provides ample space for dining in.

The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed with a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps. Two tub chairs and a coffee table are the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee looking through the patio doors onto the orchard.

The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk-in shower with hand basin, WC, and heated towel rail.

There is plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the orchard while looking onto the tennis court beyond where you might decide to play a game or two during your stay.

Guest access

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Orchard Barn are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.
