The location was perfect for where we were visiting in the area.
Orchard Barn was set in a lovley part of the property and was very relaxing..

A beautifully presented and furnished holiday let. Very comfortable and the provision of milk, eggs tea and coffee was a nice surprise on arrival, but the owners own ice cream was a real highlight, delicious! Lovely countryside location on the grounds of the owners house.

Only thing worth mentioning is that the directions for accessing the barn were not clear. Should say that you need to park on the owners driveway and walk along a path through a hedge to reach the barn. This isn't stated on the website and was difficult when arriving. Patio area felt a little bit overlooked as faced the owners garden, but everything was lovely.

Een heerlijk plekje als je op zoek bent naar rust! Het huisje staat in de tuin van de host, maar voelt toch helemaal privé. Met de boomgaard voor de deur een heerlijke plek om lekker in de zon op je terrasje te zitten of met minder weer in de gezellige kamer met comfortabele banken. De keuken is ruim en bevat alle benodigdheden en ook de slaapkamer is ruim met een moderne badkamer. Wij verbleven hier 3 nachten en hadden graag langer gebleven om tot rust te komen!
Qua locatie was het voor ons precies wat we zochten, maar je zit wel buitenaf. Een eigen auto is dus wel een voorwaarde. Dan ben je in 15min in Hythe, 30min in Dover of Rye. De shuttle naar Frankrijk is ook heel dichtbij, mocht je daarmee reizen.
De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we hadden even geen warm water en dat werd direct opgelost. Ook kinderstoel en kinderbedje stonden klaar.

Als ik dan echt iets moet noemen, het matras was een beetje bobbelig dus het was even zoeken naar een fijne slaaphouding. Maar eigenlijk verder helemaal niets op aan te merken en we zouden het zeker aanraden!

Very nice place to stay. Away from everything. Only difficulty was driving up and down the road trying to call as there was no service other than that it was a great peaceful stay. Will be coming back again in the future!

We loved the stay in the Orchard Barn.
This was a beautiful place, plenty of room to move.
For us the location was perfect, 7 nights in the county side, so relaxing.
The accommodation was as per the pictures, very comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful little barn in a quite location, everything you need for a perfect get away. Hosts communication was great and made to feel very welcome :)

We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent.
