Top floor abit of a hike to get upto but nice little flat ,bit of a weird set up with bathroom been next to living area and dining bit upstairs double bed really comfy tho but have to say they really need to sort shower out it was either freezing cold or scalding hot and not very strong water pressure over all would stay again if shower was sorted

The flat is fine for a cheap option in central Scarborough located near the shopping area and train station. The flat is in need of renovation with an old carpet and bad smell.

Perfectly decent place, compared to other options was good value, location handy for station and town/beach. Daughter loved the attic room. Kitchen equipment/set up a bit on the basic side, some of the decor and fittings a bit tired and we had trouble with the internet on our final night (never resolved) but nice comfy beds and decent amount of space for 3/4 people.

Great stay! Would return if in the area. Host is responsive and gave clear instructions on accessing the property. Had everything we needed for our weeks stay.

8 years they state they have been hosting, Its a family business. They definitely dont put what they offer very clear OR check the details of offer. The location was great for the town, lots to do! The accommodation was quirky in regards to where and decorated, but for what we paid and the issues that started from the minute we arrived. NOT WORTH IT. I have numerous photos and numerous emails in regards to issues, which i shouldnt of had to do but yet here i am. If your here on a stag or boozy long weekend then i would recommend, but with kids etc... oh no. Not happy, will not be using "host and stays" Will be pushing this through for investigation.

Great little flat. It’s a little bit away from the main beaches, but easy walking distance. A few changes could really help to Improve our stay- Original listing says free parking available, this isn’t the case. The train station is very close with parking but you have to pay. We had a message to say check out was 12, then on the day of check out another message which said 10, this was confusing and I’m still not sure what time check out should have been. Few broken items like the bin lid, and light in the bathroom above mirror not working these being fixed would just add the finishing touches. Otherwise the flat was very clean and we would stay here again. Hosts were great at replying to Messages and provided plenty of information.

This is a lovely 2nd floor apartment with two large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/diner and a bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. It is quite a walk (particularly in the pouring rain, as we discovered!) from the nearest long stay car park - about 10 minutes, but that’s a trek with two kids and all your food/bags/etc. However, a word to the wise - there’s a short stay literally round the back so you can get settled in. Easy check in with a key safe and the flat is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated (the whole building seems to be the same from what we could see). You’re over the road from Aldi, round the corner from Tesco, and there’s some good places to eat in or take away nearby. We went with our two kids but this would suit two couples too - there’s definitely enough room. Thank you!

Perfectly situated to all shops bars etc, very clean, host easily contacted. I would recommend staying here
