The space
The open plan living and dining area is a clean and modern space. Light fills the room from the tall sky light and statement arched window. You’re welcomed into the room by the cosy living area which includes a comfy, L shaped sofa and large flat screen TV. You’ll notice subtle nods to the seaside with cute sailor cushions and wall prints. On the other side of the room is the dining area. This is the perfect spot to enjoy family breakfasts and evening meals with friends. Rural views can be seen from the dining table, so you’ll feel as though you’ve welcomed the outside in. The bright red lighthouse is a standout design on the wall behind. To the right, you’ll find the modern kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay. With an oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine – you’ll have everything you could need for a coastal retreat. The master bedroom is relaxing and homely with a calming, neutral colour palette. You’ll drift off into a peaceful slumber in the comfy bed. The second bedroom is perfect for older children and teenagers. It has the same comforting feel as the main bedroom, with a subtle nautical theme. The room is complete with bunk beds and a clothes rail. Unlock the glass double doors and you’ll find the balcony space where you can enjoy some peace and relaxation. In the stylish bathroom, you’ll find a spacious bath and overhead shower.Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Free on and off street parking is available on a first come basis. Additional free parking can be found nearby, and full details will be sent to you before check in.

Had a lovely few days here with very friendly helpful hosts. Walking distance of everything even with a 3 year old and baby. Apartment was spotless and beautiful. We all really enjoyed it and would definitely return. Parking on the road was hit and miss in busy kids holidays but we always managed to get somewhere walking distance! Thank you for having us :-)

The apartment was as nice as it looked in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, light and airy and very comfortable. A few tweaks would make things better for the next guests: the kitchen tap is so stiff that it's very hard not to get water all over your clothes! Also, the shower temperature setting did not work at all, it was far too hot and impossible to make cooler, thence not usable. The weather was very warm but I could not open the bedroom window - I think a stronger person might manage it. The kitchen chairs were extremely uncomfortable. I was also taken aback that an extra fee was added to ensure against damage - but was only informed after I had booked it, there should have been greater transparency. All in all though, it is a really nice apartment.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
