Appartement parfaitement situé au centre de Marbella , tout peut être fait à pied !!
Résidence très agréable , juste en face de la plage !
1 grande chambre parentale avec salle de douche et wc ,qui m’a été très appréciable !!
Hôtes très accessible et répond vite aux messages !!

Excelente lugar magnífica ubicación accesos impresionantes a las áreas comunes salir a la calle….Y al apartamento le haría falta una reforma urgente ya que su vida útil ha caducado sin embargo cumple su función…..

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at this apartment. It was clean, well-equipped and the hosts were very responsive. Loved the three separate pools. The location could hardly have been better - right in the middle of it all, *and* near the beach.

Daniela, is a very good host and was very quick to deal with maintenance issues. The apartment itself (133) is in need of updating, particularly the furniture and beds.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
