Located in a quiet square in the seaside resort of Scarborough, Mount View is the perfect coastal escape for two. With easy access to Scarborough’s North Bay and town centre, along with North Marine Road Cricket Ground, Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Peasholm Park, this cosy top floor bolthole is an ideal match for anyone wanting to explore.

The space

Mount View has bundles of space and warmth. In the living space, a comfy sofa sits in front of the flat screen Smart TV creating a welcoming and homely place to relax. A delightful baby blue colour decorates the walls and there is a cosy dining area perfect for two.

Head to the kitchen area and you’ll find a contemporary space with everything you could need, including an oven, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is even a washing machine and tumble dryer so you can keep on top of your laundry during your stay!

The bedroom is a relaxing space with hues of cream. This cosy room features a comfy double bed and wooden chest of drawers. You’ll also be able to enjoy views of Oliver’s Mount in the distance.

Modern in style, the bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, along with a WC and wash basin.

We provide a parking scratch card for your stay which gives you free parking in the B2 zones.

Excellent place to stay in with brilliant service and communication from the landlord. The only issue we did have was the shower was a bit temperamental with temperature and power. Other than that really enjoyed our stay 👌🏼

Very basic property but fairly priced. wifi was patchy at best, shower pressure was terrible and struggled to maintain temperature. I had vehicle trouble yhe day before checkout and informed the host that I would be unable to check out before the checkout time, there was no offer of a later checkout even though I had been in the place for 4 weeks. A bit more flexibility and consideration would have been appreciated especially considering how long the booking was.

Very happy with our stay at Mount View. The apartment was modern, spotless, and well presented. We found the location brilliant - centrally located on Scarborough! I loved that there was a washer/dryer so haven’t got loads of laundry when I return home. The only niggle was that the shower was a bit temperamental, but got there in the end. Will definitely return!
