Just refurbished to top standard, it's located right on the beach, this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home: WiFi, smart TV, AirCon, a well-equipped kitchen and tableware.

A relaxing space to unwind and chill out after a busy day sunbathing and exploring. Awake refreshed and ready for a day out in this clean, sunny apartment with impressive sea views. Large terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the morning sun.

Head out straight to the beach, wander through the cobbled stones of the Old Town, try one of the family owned tapas bar or Chiringuitos in your neighbourhood.

Digital Nomad or Remote Worker? No problem! Super fast fibre optic connection and office with a view are our mantra.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area set in lush tropical gardens with direct access to Marbella promenade.

Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

There's no need to rent a car to move around Marbella, but if you want to explore the nearby town then pick one up at the airport and let us know, so that we can get you a space in the nearby underground parking.

Apartment was clean and well located. We had a number of issues with the apartment whilst we were staying but they were dealt with proactively by Daniella. The only problem we found was firstly the apartment was quite cluttered and secondly noise from the Irish bar downstairs every Thursday Friday and Saturday night from 10 pm until gone midnight.

It was just as described. Location amazing. Apartment amazing just like pictures. Everything you could want in it and around it. 24/7 security and access at main door. Could not fault property or host. She was very helpful in every way. Excellent break.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
