Parque Marbella Apartments are self catering apartments set on the second line of the beach in central Marbella, only 100 metres from the boardwalk and beach with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments.
They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack.
Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.
There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. There are sunbeds in the apartment that you can take down to the pool to sit and relax.

We just went into Skol apartments and picked up keys.
We were told by our lovely taxi driver (From booking.com) where our appt building was, literally across the street. However the note with the keys said the door was beside Luigi’s bar, there is no such place as Luigi’s bar, the people working in that area were trying to figure it out for us too but we finally did figure out that it was beside the Lucky leprechaun.
The sheet of paper in the envelope with the keys, gave the details of how to access the apartment. It was full of QR codes and the like but that is no good if sleep deprived weary travellers have phones that are now out of charge.
Similary there is a fabulous supermarket literally across the street but it was only after two days we found it. How easy would it have been for the hosts to leave a little map/ note in the appartment to help us with this and when I highlighted this in a nice way to say- for the next group that arrive, I got an e mail to say that “guess you didn’t read the Marbella guide we sent you” ie the famous QR code.
The apartment was very spacious with a lovely terrace but very dated. It was a work in progress. The kitchen and bathrooms were lovely and modernised, But the bedrooms or more specifically the beds were awful.
There was a huge use of room deodorisers which I had to leave out on terrace during our stay. Not a good sign!
The headboards were grubby. I put towels over them.
We were given beach towels and bathroom towels which was nice. I was able to wash and replace every day.
There was a gate right out on to the pool deck area which was fabulous
It was difficult to tune in TV, given the codes on the infamous sheet , but to be fair I’m do not want to be complaining about lack of TV on a holiday…however it is the World Cup
The common areas are fabulous.
The sleeping/beds are our only issues with this apartment.
This is a lovely place to stay but the beds need sorting.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
