Fabulous ground floor apartment in the Parque Marbella, a total oasis in the heart of the action. Loved being able to walk straight out to the pool and having the beach a minute’s walk away. The apartment is super spacious and we had absolutely no worries sharing it among five family members of varying ages, and we all especially loved the walk in rain shower. A fully-equipped kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out for all meals but the proximity to the restaurants and bars meant that we stuffed ourselves round the clock regardless. Would highly recommend this property!

Great place! Birds are singing outside in terasa, swimming pools are great surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. Super comfortable sofa at living room and another cozy outside sofa at private terasa as well. The hosts are best - Daniela and Vincenzo is super fast response and super easy communication. We had no problems at all - only pleasure! We got 2 x baby cots in seconds and for free.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
