Lovely spacious apartment with unique design and in a wonderful location, close to the sea.
We stayed at the apartment for over a week, it is situated close to the seaside and a big park. The center was also close, walking distance.
Spacious, big terrace, kitchen with an oven and all the appliances. Supermarkets are nearby in case we needed to buy anything (eg salt, oil, spices, coffee pods, laundry detergent were not provided; dishwasher detergent, laundry bags and water were provided - so better check on arrival or with the hosts in advance).
The hosts provided us with a baby bed and a baby chair which was great as we were traveling with a two-year old.
The hosts were always responsive, thank you Daniela and Vincenze!

L emplacement de l appartement, près des plages, de la vieille ville, des commerces, des restaurants, des bus.
Résidence très agréable avec la piscine.
La clim est très efficace. La machine à laver est une bonne surprise. L espace dans l appartement est très agréable. La vue sur la piscine. La literie. L ascenseur. On a pu rester quelques heures de plus pour attendre notre avion.
Le canapé très mou. La déco est un peu ancienne mais ce n est pas grave.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
