Locatie alles ligt kort bij .
Dat ook alles is het huisje was zoals wasmachine blender enz.
De bovenburen hebben elke avond een flinke plas water na beneden laten vallen waardoor soms de was weer nat werd en net niet op mij durfde niet meer savonds aan de reling de zitten.
En er redelijk wat mieren in de keuken liepen.

we like pretty much everything- from the nice kitchen with a complete set of appliances to the rooms and toilet, it's nice to have such a place rather than staying in a hotel/hostel. it feels like home, but way nicer, while also being on vacation!
the only thing we didn't like about the area maybe is the absence of plastic bags for trash or any cleaning stuff so we can clean the place a little to maintain its cleanliness. otherwise, everything is great!

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
