The accommodation is spacious, well located and the pool is very good. Our arrival was perfect, but our departure was a fiasco, the host changed the checkout time at the last moment, on the last day (the host's response when I wanted to confirm that checkout could be until midnight arrived at 12:50 p.m., 50 minutes after the new checkout time that the host had just set). Having booked activities that we could no longer postpone, we were unable to return to the hotel until noon (knowing that the scheduled time was 8pm, which we had confirmed by message with the host right after we booked), all our things (even the most intimate) were taken and put in our suitcases, which we then had to sort in the lobby where all the residents were passing by, knowing that as we said, even our most intimate things had to be sorted. Finally, as if it weren't enough, the host assured us that we could leave our suitcases at the reception (as the schedule had been changed) outside when we arrived at the reception, it was possible to leave them but we had to pay for it. In sum, the place was great, but being kicked out without a real solution and without any respect for our privacy justifies the rating left.

The house is newly renovated and looks good, but has several problems: there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only in the living room. It is also just above the pool engines, and at night you hear a very unpleasant noise, which you either get used to or not catch your eye. Finally, the terrace does not have an awning and is unused as soon as the sun shines, overlooking a very ugly rooftop. All this at a higher price than others, it doesn't meet expectations, sorry.

The apartment is great, very modern, and very clean. Also thanks to the pool and air condition we did not have any heat. The location is also very good, close to everything. To repeat!

Good location, recently refurbished. The terrace and the swimming pool are very nice. The exposition is perfect to get a balance of light and sun, without too much heat: we did not even use the AC in late july.

Had the most amazing stay with Daniela in Marbella. It was a perfect location with lots to do and Daniela was so accommodating with our plans and always responding immediately to my queries. We will definitely be back!

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
