Thanks to Daniela and Vincenzo, Your place is the best apartment I have been able to live in Spain so far. Centrally located, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, functionally furnished and totally practical in every respect. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the apartment very much. Thank you.

We spent a week working remotely and felt like home. The location is excellent close to the beach and city. Everything just worked well during the entire stay. Great value for money. Easy to recommend, thanks!

It is a great location, close to the beach and with a nice pool. Lots of restaurants around, especially recommend the Maleva bakery for a breakfast. If you are coming with the car you have to consider buying a spot at the private parking that is around.

Positive sides: prompt response to requests, easy access to the apartment, great location and spacious and bright apartment with plenty of amenities as described in the listing. Main negative point: cleaning of the apartment at arrival. In particular, we found crumbs and sand on the kitchen floor and carpets (stained), stained double bedroom sheets and also bedroom pillowcases with bunk beds, partly dirty towels and two left in the washing machine probably from a previous living room, full vacuum cleaner bag, stained cover and shower with difficult drainage. We surely appreciated the quick intervention of the owner who promptly had the next day the dedicated staff intervened.)

This is a amazing Place. Very new decorated, clean and stylish. Fully equipped kitchen. Fast WiFi. Great Location as well. 2 Minutes from the beach and 10 Minutes from the Historical old Town. I B Back.. 🙏 👍

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
