Community pool open 15 june to 15 september, beach at 150 metres.

A gem in Marbella!
The location is absolutely perfect: it's one block away from the sea, so you don't have too much foot traffic in the street, but you can still hear the waves at night. There are plenty of restaurants around and a beautiful promenade to walk or jog.
Daniela and Vincenzo are wonderful hosts! They are attentive, responsive and helpful, and I had the best experience!
This is a precious find, and I'd love to return next time I'm in Marbella!

La ubicación es buena, el apartamento esta muy bien, es amplio, tiene mucha luz , dey está muy cerca de la playa, pero no era el el apartamento contratado, en "Neptuno Beachfront Apartaments" lugar en el q habíamos contratado en Booking.
En su lugar, nos dieron otro q no sé correspondía al de la foto, ubicado en la acera de frente desde no había vistas al mar tal como se anunciaba en el q habíamos contratado.
1.El apartamento no correspondia al que habíamos alquilado en Booking. "Neptuno Beachfront Apartaments" que es el que se indicaba en el contrato. El cambio fue sin explicación alguna
2.Tampoco nos gustó el trato con la anfitriona, no fue nada amable. Además, las instrucciones (escritas) tanto de entrada como de salida, nos las dieron únicamente en Inglés, cosa q no nos parece muy lógica, si estamos en Marbella, y los anfitriones saben q somos españolas..
3.La limpieza tb falló bastante. El suelo estaba muy sucio. Según llegamos, anduve descalza unos minutos buscando descanso y se me quedaron las pies negros, lo q indicaba q aquel suelo no había sido limpiado.
Por otro lado, las alfombras estaban llenas "pero llenas" de pelos de mascotas (perros.. etc) y la terraza no se habia barrido en una buena temporadita!!
4.En la ducha, el agua se quedaba estancada.
Tb el desagüe, necesitaba limpieza para q el agua pudiera correr y salir con normalidad

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
