Due to the Skol’s prime location, car rental is not a necessity.

Location and pools with good access to beach so perfect location for me

Could have had a few more welcoming touches like soap in bathrooms and washing up products and coffee pods just a complimentary offer. Requested a brush as I opened a cupboard and everything fell out beach chairs floats etc and sand went everywhere but this was sorted straight away. Also towels cold have been fresher they were getting well worn but were clean so not a problem

De ligging van het hotel was perfect, het strand op 1min loop afstand genoeg winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Alles was top

De airco van het huisje werkte niet goed.

De dag voor het uit checken heb ik gecommuniceerd. Dat ik me koffers kon achter laten bij de receptie. Dat ik nog even 3 uur door de buurt konden kijken om dat die taxi dan pas kwam. Maar eenmaal bij het uitchecken werd er verteld dat het vol is en het niet kon. Ik wou hem het bericht laten zien dat er wat afgesproken was . Maar daar het die geen boodschap aan. En moest maar naar hem luisteren op een niet vtiendelijke manier met andere woorden we moet maar vertekken .

Die zur Verfügung gestellte Infrastruktur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Lage war gut. Perfekt ist der Balkon, der am Morgen zu einen Kaffee an der Sonne einlädt.
Evtl. sollte aber auch die Kaffeemaschine erneuert oder besser gereinigt werden.
Wir danken Daniela und Vincenzo für die Hilfe und die Infos.
PP muss separat gebucht werden, ist aber im 2 Gehminuten gut erreichbar.

Excellent location. 24 hr concierge. Well equipped apartment. Great communication from hosts

I think the only thing I would pick up on was that the bedding, although clean, was rather tired (particularly the sheets) and would benefit from being replaced.

Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
