Clifton Studio 1 is the perfect place to rest your head if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life or visiting Darlington for a business break. There is a sense of calm in the studio with its minimalistic décor and styling. It features a pale colour palette, a soft grey carpet, and warm tones of yellow and orange in the furnishings.

The modern kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle, fridge, sink, dishes and cutlery.

The double bed features a comfortable mattress, plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a blissful nights sleep.

The bathroom at Clifton Studio 1 features a large walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest access

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Clifton Studio 1 are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check in.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.
