The apartment left a mixed feeling. The view was amazing: you'll observe the beautiful sea view, hearing the sound of the waves. It's also very centrally located and it's close to everything interesting in Marbella. And it was perfectly clean.
The apartment had many noise issues: there was renovation in the apartment on the upper floor. There was also a bar on the street which the bedroom faces and often we heard noise until 2 am. To be fair, when we complained about the renovation, Daniela offered a refund in case we decided to leave.
The apartment needs renovation. It had many small things which didn't work well like the toilet flush, draining in the kitchen, noisy fan in the bathroom which is impossible to switch off, and weird design of the walls shape.
Hosts are horribly slow in communication. It took us a couple of days sometimes to wait for their response. When we had the toilet flush issue, they forgot about fixing it at all.

Daniela and her team at Skol Apartments are fantastic hosts. I booked the Airbnb last minute after having an issue with a previous unrelated Airbnb, and Daniela could not have been more accommodating to my needs.

The building has nice amenities that I enjoyed throughout my stay including 2 pools, an on site pool bar and direct beach access. The apartment was clean and as described. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, smart tv, and a balcony with ocean views. It is important to note that the shower pressure & hot water were good throughout my stay and noise from neighboring apartments was minimal.

The location is perfect for a beach holiday or exploring the old town. In addition to the on site pools, the building is directly adjacent to the beach boardwalk. Here you can find loads of amazing restaurants and bars, water activities, sunbathing facilities, shops, etc. The apartments are also a quick stroll from the old town. There is a mini market right next door and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking.

Overall I very much enjoyed my stay at the SKOL apartments in Marbella. I look forward to booking again in the future.

Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
