My parents stayed in Scarborough for just shy of a week and were extremely happy with this place. Very comfortable with all the amenities required and very clean. Host & Stay were very clear and concise with the information provided and would happily stay in one of their properties again.

Stayed for 2 night, the property was dirty, dirty bedding, dirty towels, and hair left in the bath and bed from previous occupants, we had a big problem with the WiFi not working and when I called host and stay to try and get the problem sorted they wasn’t very helpful at all, in fact the person I spoke to didn’t seem to have a clue what I was talking about, the signal through our phone in the area wasn’t very good either and the problem didn’t get sorted, the property is not in a very nice location, very small and in need of some maintenance, myself and my husband wanted to come back home, definitely not worth the money, we have stayed in much better for less. We have used host and stay a lot of times and have been happy, and sorry to say that this experience with them was terrible, would definitely think twice before booking with them again, saying that we have never had a problem before so maybe if we did they would of showed themselves up before now, wouldn’t stay there again
