The space looks exactly like the photos, with elegant faucets and utensils in an antique style. The beds are large and comfortable. On the other hand, there were too few utensils in the kitchen and not enough variety. There was good communication with the company. The apartment is located in a central and quiet place. A pleasant place to be.

Very nice spacious and stylish apartment. We were comfortable with our children and 2 dogs. There is a lovely back garden. We had a couple small issues and the host/management company were helpful and responsive. I would say it’s a very good apartment for a base close to Canterbury for a few days. Kitchen was nice but could be better equipped.

Great location for me as I was walking to the cricket ground each day. 10 min walk into town too. great for my 2 little dogs. Had everything you need.. Very comfortable. Only down part is the entrance hall to the building .. very run down. Shame as the apartment is really well done . Didn’t spoil the stay though. Would defo book again! 😊 Note .. wifi code wrong on the picture frame instructions .. found the right code on the back of the router though. 😊

Upon check-in, we found that the living room door could not be locked (public access outside the door), the contact host phone could not be made, and the message was never returned.Feeling unsafe and dangerous, contacting Airbnb's Community Services and Airbnb Safety team without echoing or repeatedly pushing.From 4-5pm on the day of check-in, Airbnb did not respond to inquiries until the next morning, and the host did not respond the next morning.Same inefficient and unresponsible
