The space
Head upstairs to the top floor and you’ll find a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living space. With sloped ceilings and exposed beams, there is plenty of character and charm. Light floods in from the huge skylight windows creating a light and airy feel.On one side of the staircase is the living area. The perfect place to relax, you can kick back on the royal blue, velvet sofa watching TV or cosy up on the baby pink chair with a good book. The space is beautifully decorated with luxury furnishings and modern spotlights.
At the other end of the room past the glass stair rails is the gorgeous kitchen and dining area. With high shine white cabinets and chrome accessories, the space feels very contemporary and clean. If you’re looking to make full use of the self-catering facilities, the kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is even the added luxury of a coffee machine!
Downstairs you’ll find two cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom is a relaxing space with crisp white walls and a bunk bed (double on bottom bunk, and single on top bunk). You’ll enjoy your sleep as the comfy mattress is complete with premium linens and bedding. The second bedroom is ideal for children and teenagers. The twin beds feature quirky copper metal frames and there is a wooden rack for clothing.
The family bathroom is ultra sleek and modern with a large walk in shower, WC and basin.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Free on street parking is available along the whole of the street and no permit is required.
The property is located on the first floor and accessed via a communal staircase. Please note there is no lift in the building so guests will need to climb several sets of stairs to reach the apartment.

All the basics included. This property is managed by a business - they were slow and unresponsive when the shower broke, and I had to repeatedly chase them in order for them to fix it, which was a shame and not ideal on holiday. Good location, all the basics included, a fine base if you’re going to be out most of the day. Good kitchen facilities. Could have been cleaner when I arrived! Dirty entrance way, toilet not quite clean enough, stain on a bedsheet (but not a bed we needed to use fortunately). Overall fine, wouldn’t stay again. Although saltburn is delightful!

Lovely split level flat in an amazing location - five mins walk down the hill and you're on the beach. Also very handy for the train station, and all the local shops, cafes and restaurants. Very slight downside was the wi-fi being very poor, but not a big problem when you're on holiday. The cleaning fee felt steep considering the reasonable nightly price. We're looking forward to staying here again.
