The space
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be welcomed into a light hallway which leads onto the living area. With tall ceilings, crisp white walls and modern spotlights, there is an airy feel and a clean finish.LIVING AREA
The perfect place to relax, the living area has a velvet sofa in a bold, blue shade which is complimented perfectly with a pink velvet chair. There is also a mustard yellow bean bag for kicking back on. Accents of gold are added with the side table, TV unit, mirror and geometric wall shelf. You’ll also notice quirky art prints throughout the space with a retro style.
KITCHEN
Open plan in style, the kitchen is located around the corner from the living area. With clean, white kitchen cabinets in high shine and grey worktops, this space is ultra modern. Matching white tiles in a brick style bring the look together along with more art prints on the walls. Fully equipped for all self-catering stays, the kitchen has an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a coffee machine so you can start your day with a delicious coffee!
DINING AREA
In the kitchen, there is also a cosy dining area with four matching stools. With the same cool style as the rest of the apartment, it fits in perfectly whilst also providing a great place to socialise with the rest of your party.
BEDROOM
Head to the first bedroom and you'll find a modern space. The comfy King size bed has a grey headboard and a sleek style. Matching white bedside tables frame the bed and there is a wooden rail with an exposed shelf for all of your belongings.
The second bedroom is ideal for children, teenagers and larger groups. With a unique bunk bed of a single on top and double on the bottom, you’ll get the best of both worlds. There is ample storage as there is a large mirrored wardrobe. Pops of colour are added through a bright blue chair and retro yellow lamp.
BATHROOM
As expected, the bathroom is a clean and modern space. With large tiles and chrome throughout, it is both stylish and sophisticated. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.
Cornerhouse Apartments is home to three separate apartments with a maximum capacity of 13. If you are looking for a stay for a large group there are often opportunities to rent all three apartments together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Free on street parking is available along the whole of the street and no permit is required.
The property is located on the first floor and accessed via a communal staircase. Please note there is no lift in the building so guests will need to climb several sets of stairs to reach the apartment.

Apartment was exactly as described, if a little bigger than expected. Lobely bright and airy open plan kitchen/living area. Location was perfect for the beach and lo al shops and restaurants. Saltburn is an absolute gem and this apartments is right in the heart. Highly recommend

The flat is lovely, true to the photos on their listing. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. It is very handy for the local shops, cafes, bars etc. and about a five minute walk to the tramway down to the beach and the promenade. There is a large Sainsburys close at hand, so no worries about getting food and other supplies in.

The location is five star, close to all amenities and restaurants. The check-in instructions could have been a little more clearer , I had to call the rental company to get inside the building but it was quickly remedied. Some of the furniture was a little tired with ring marks on it , and there was a few stray hairs in the bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and would recommend it for anybody looking for a property in the heart of this lovely town .
