Accommodation was as advertised, nicely decorated and clean. Everything needed for a short break. Nice easy 20/25 minute walk to city center.

Unfortunately there is something loose in both bedroom dormers that is knocking around. It was very loud and disturbed our sleep. We left a night early because of this problem. I contacted the hosts who replied quickly and advised that the issue had been escalated to the property owner and that they would keep us updated. Unfortunately we did not get any communication after this. I would check to see if this problem has been resolved before booking this property.

Very nice place, exactly what we needed. Good communication from Dale. Cleaning fee seems slightly high given we were only there 1 night, although this is advertised beforehand. All in all, a very good stay.

Great apartment, lovely & modern. Bed linen was so comfy and smelt lovely! Need to know the softener! 🤣 only a short distance into York centre. Plenty of parking to the front of the apartment, and spaces to the rear.

The communication was very good and the check in was smooth. My enquiry was dealt with quickly and politely when I was there. The apartment was in a great location, only a 20 mins walk into York or a short bus ride. The shower was great and the kitchen was well equipped.

I found the mattress a bit soft and the sofas could be a bit more comfortable

Beautiful little hide away not far from the city centre. Apartment was beautifully decorated with all you need. They even provided towels for a shower, which I wasn’t expecting. Looking forward to visiting again.

The flat was nice and clean. Our only issue was the toilet seat was loose, the bins outside the property were overflowing and the back gate had been broken so we were unable to get out that way. However, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had a lovely one night stay. The apartment is located in a residential area around a five minute drive to York City Centre. It was spotlessly clean and had all of the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. Check in instructions were very clear and concise. We would highly recommend to other guests.
