The space
‘Salty’ Seaview has a stylish and sophisticated living room. This bright and colourful space boasts two velvet sofas, a comfy armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV. Guests will also have direct access out onto the outdoor patio area which has ample seating for all of your friends and family to take in the fresh sea air and look all the way out to the horizon. With lighting as well, guests can enjoy themselves outside into the night.To the rear of the living area is where you’ll find the stunning kitchen that ‘Salty’ Seaview has to offer. With modern appliances, this space is fully equipped with everything you need to make the most of your self-catering stay in North Yorkshire. There is also a wooden dining table with matching chairs and a bench sharing the kitchen space.
Head upstairs and you’ll find all three bedrooms that ‘Salty’ Seaview has to offer. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable super king size bed, as well as an en-suite shower room with a WC and wash basin.
The second bedroom is a double, and the third has a bunk bed with two singles. Guests are guaranteed a great night’s sleep at ‘Salty’ Seaview thanks to the plush bedding and premium bed linens used to make up the beds at the property.
The family bathroom can also be found upstairs. This fresh and modern space has a bathtub with overhead shower, as well as a WC and basin.

Really enjoyed our stay, very quiet location - would recommend parking at the front (roughly in line with the three flower tubs) to avoid having view blocked by large motorhomes/vans, which is not the fault of the owner of course, just a tip. House lovely and quiet - it is a terrace but the homes have been built in such a way that they hardly join, so no neighbour noise at all. House very comfortable, lovely shower and warm efficient heating. The decking outside can be slippery in colder weather, just something to be aware of. The sea is wonderful to sit and watch. Everything in walking distance. Would love to return here.

Saltburn is both charming and friendly. The property is less than a 20min stroll from cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops. Sainsbury is a 5 min walk. We stayed 8 days. No 75 is part of a staggered 3 house terrace, turn into Ruby Street to find the small courtyard for parking at the rear of the properties. The property is well described although the kitchen is not stunning and the view is not breathtaking. Sadly opposite the property is a large parking bay which is frequently used by motorhome visitors worse at the weekend. Road parking is also right outside the front. From the lounge often all you can see are vehicles. Because the properties are staggered number 73 blocks any view to the right. We like to sleep with the bedroom window open but the noise and cooking smells from the motorhomes can be an issue. The shower in the ensuite is small and is a mixer tap not thermostatically controlled. Beware even with practice we still had a few scalding moments.
