Climatiseurs très bruyants
Pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre parental
pour profiter de la piscine il faut faire la queue à l’heure d’ouverture pour payer un transat, sinon plus de transat donc pas le droit de bronzer et profiter de la piscine.
Personnel de la réception et de la piscine pas très aimable.

La estancia fue increíble! De los mejores airbnbs en los que me he quedado. Fui con 3 amigas por 3 noches y todo estuvo súper. El apartamento es igual que en las fotografías y con una limpieza impecable. Por otro lado, la localización es ideal y a pasos de la playa. En adición, Daniela fue muy amable y respondió a los mensajes privados rápidamente. Definitivamente, lo recomiendo al 100%

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
