One of the best air bnbs we have stayed in 5 stars. Good location. Great price. Daniela has been very helpful throughout. Also found my airpod i lost in the hotel and sending it back to me! Will definitely stay again

Positive points: the location on the front line del paseo marítimo close to everything. Beautiful pool and sea views Well-equipped kitchen Clean apartment Cons: Very noisy air conditioners No black-out curtains in the parental room to take advantage of the swimming pool you have to line up at the opening time to pay for a deckchair, if not more deckchair so no right to sunbathe and enjoy the pool. Reception and pool staff not very kind.

The stay was amazing! One of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I went with 3 friends for 3 nights and everything was super. The apartment is the same as in the pictures and with impeccable cleanliness. On the other hand, the location is ideal and a few steps from the beach. In addition, Daniela was very nice and responded to private messages quickly. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
