High Street, Norton is an expertly designed holiday home with style in abundance. Nestled in the heart of the market town of Norton, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy the many independent restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Sleeping up to four guests, this beautiful holiday home is an ideal base for romantic retreats, family staycations and getaways for small groups of friends. High Street, Norton also accepts one well behaved dog so your four legged friend can enjoy a holiday too!
Upon entering the property, you’ll be welcomed into the living and dining area. Whilst transformed into a modern and sophisticated space, you’ll still find traditional features such as the sash window. A great spot to unwind, you can relax on the comfy sofa and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows. Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a round dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen in High Street, Norton is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Amenities include an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer so you can prepare home cooked meals during your stay. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.
The family bathroom is located just off the kitchen. Ultra modern and clean, this space features a walk in shower, WC and basin.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and styled. You’ll find premium bedding and plush soft furnishings to ensure you have the best sleep possible. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed with en suite shower room and the second bedroom is a king.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
There is free on-street parking to the front of the property and on the surrounding streets. All spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
Please note that the fireplace is ornamental and not for guest use.

Really well thought out throughout, great downstairs shower, beds were extremely comfy, whole house was spotless and comfy sofa. Lovely little touches made the home welcoming - just a short walk to the green and the duck pond and easy access to motorway for trips to Whitby and seaside. loved our stay here
