In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a self catered stay. Dine in comfort and enjoy your evening with friends or family around you. There is a washing machine and cooker in the property as well as smaller amenities such as a kettle, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are complimentary. Please ask us if you have any further questions about what is provided!

Living Area:

The living room is perfect for a family evening of games, or watching the TV after a day of exploring Mansfield.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 double bedrooms in the property. With an additional sofa bed. All bedrooms are equipped with clothes storage spaces.

Bathrooms:
There is one bathroom in this property with a shower. Towels and toilet roll are provided during your stay.

Extras:

• No parties

Guest access

This property is accessed via lockbox and you will have access to the entire property.

The bins are at the rear of the property in the garden.

Damage Deposit/Waiver fee's:

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware there is also an admin fee for processing this.
