The flat is in a shared building and the hallway was really dirty and uninviting. The bedding and/towels were screwed up in a bag,seemed clean after smelling them. Place needs maintenance e.g bathroom door didn’t shut. Managing agent will squeeze every penny from you they can even charged a fee to put a hold on the card.

Rude host, house smelt of mould, only half a roll of toilet roll provided. Some people shouldn’t be Airbnb hosts

Lovely well kept flat. Private courtyard was a hard bonus. Extremely close to shops which made for things to do/last minute necessities. Relatively noisy from upstairs neighbours, nothing extensive just thin walls. Roomier than expected. Finding parking proved to be tricky but the shopping centre parking turned out to be a lot cheaper than expected. Everything clean and clutter free, and they allowed pets which is a super bonus for the price listed. Deffo recommend.

Be mindful of the £5 fee to pay a security deposit as per their notes - or a non refundable £25 insurance policy for your stay! Fine and practical Airbnb, as described and the pictures . Ground floor and quire noisy. 0 sound proofing from neighbours.

A great, very central (yet peaceful) little flat with the ruins just outside. I booked the place for two friends who enjoyed their stay but did briefly pop my head in and the flat looked very clean and well presented. Sauvignon's Stays were very quick to respond with any queries I had.

great central location, walkable to the Guildhall, cathedral and the docks. Lovely eat in kitchen and everything we needed for our weekend stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights when visiting the gin festival and Christmas market. It was a perfect location, 2 minute walk from the quays. Comfy bed and really good night sleep. We took our dog and it was great having the outdoor space for her. We’d like to visit again to go and explore the shops and would definitely stop here again!

A pleasant little flat, very conveniently located. Hot water in the bathroom washbasin was either dangerously hot or very cold. Very cold inside the flat, although the weather was close to freezing. Could have done with a cafetiere and teapot.

Priory Place was ideal for being central and close to work, comfy bed and peaceful. Very close to shopping, parking and historical centre. The enclosed yard is really handy for a dog too. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location is very good, 5 minutes to the station. Shopping is convenient. It was great that ican late check-out. Everything is good. Supplies are new and comfortable. The soundproofing of the house is not very good, you can hear the noise from upstairs. It doesn't affect my sleep.
