Lovely well kept flat. Private courtyard was a hard bonus. Extremely close to shops which made for things to do/last minute necessities. Relatively noisy from upstairs neighbours, nothing extensive just thin walls. Roomier than expected. Finding parking proved to be tricky but the shopping centre parking turned out to be a lot cheaper than expected. Everything clean and clutter free, and they allowed pets which is a super bonus for the price listed. Deffo recommend.

• Check-in is self-service using a key lock box. Code will be messaged. • Please return the keys to the lock box and secure them on check-out. • It is prohibited to smoke (marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, or any similar product generating smoke or vapour), attend parties, or participate in events involving smoking. • Where there is evidence of guests smoking within the premises, we reserve the right to charge £100 for specialist cleaning, as an Additional Charge. • No bikes allowed in the apartment. They must be kept in the garden. • Please do not walk on the carpet wearing shoes. • Guests will not make any alterations to the premises or attempt to make any repairs. • A travel cot and highchair can be provided at £10 for the stay. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment. • Please do not keep any food in the bedroom. • No additional guests or replacement of guests are allowed on or in the apartment of that which was agreed upon booking unless written approval is given by the host (us). • When guests with small children occupy the premises, the guest undertakes to provide all suitable childproofing safety equipment. - Gather used towels
