The space

This is a just refurbished open plan 2 bedrooms duplex apartment with an East facing terraces, from where you can enjoy beautiful sea views and morning sun.

Tastefully furnished and decorated, it'll immediately put you in holiday mood as soon as you step in.

Fully air-conditioned, fitted and equipped wifi.

Both bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size and double sofa bed in the lounge for the kids or the extra guest.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sun-beds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.
The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.

We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per night.
once you get here you can walk everywhere

The apartment's situation is very good on the seaside and Paseo Maritimo, and the scenery to sea and beautiful park were very nice. It was winter time, so the pools were not heated, put usable. Jogging to east was easy on the new seaside path (5 kilometers). You can also run or walk on Paseo Maritimo to west until Puerto Banus (7 kilometers). The apartment was very well heated, and the beds and leather sofa vere wery good.

The place is absolutely amazing! Impeccable location, views & a friendly host. Well equipped apartment, with a great internet connection (in case you work remotely, as I do), quiet yet super central, everything is within a short walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, shopping. I stayed longer than initially planned. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in the skol apartments! The location is absolutely perfect, it is walking distaste to the beach and great restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so helpful with everything regarding our stay and was always very fast relying to us whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very spacious, cosy and nicely decorated. Communication with Daniela went very well, very responsive. The personnel of the community is very nice and helpful. The place is also well situated, very closed to the beach and the restaurant area. It is definitely a no regret choice

Clean, everything available and most central in Marbella to seaside, center, supermarkets and restaurants this building is a quite place to stay. Dont expect warm blankets for your beds or buy some, they often have the southern bedcovers.

A great location of the apartment near everything restore shop night shop all needs as well as the walk , beautiful view swimming pool guard on the other hand you have to get up very early to book deckchairs!!! Just at the reception, you must insist before your arrival that someone is there to welcome you and you to erect the apartment, because at the beginning it can be complicated to find if you are alone . If not the host and at any time at the end of the phone, any questions and problems , it is very effective

While the communal areas are reasonably modern and well maintained, this apartment, although clean, is extremely tired. The bedrooms are in desperate need of modernisation, and replacement of bed linens and towels is long overdue. The same applies for the shower curtain, which had a 6 inch stain at the bottom, due to dampness, and hence emitted an unpleasant smell. On a more positive note, the apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and the old town.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
