The Farmhouse is a located near the village of Combe Martin, which is part of the Ilfracombe area in North Devon, England. The Farmhouse is in close proximity to beautiful beaches as well as the Exmoor National Park. It is a haven for nature lovers, walkers, and those looking for a quiet escape close to the sea.

The space

Kitchen Area/Living Area -
The living spaces comprise of a well equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for up to people, a spacious living room with plenty of seating allows you to relax with friends. There is also a television in the living room, perfect for winding down in the evening after a busy day of exploring. The spacious living room provides plenty of room for games nights and family fun! The kitchen has all of the essential items needed to enjoy your stay! Included is an oven, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine & more… The property also has a slow cooker.

Bedrooms -
This cottage has 5 bedrooms, allowing up to 10 people to reside here. There are a mix of double bedrooms, twin rooms and a set of bunk beds. The wooden beams and oak furniture adds to the charm the idyllic cottage. It is beautifully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere for your stay.

Bathrooms -
The Farmhouse compromises of 2 bathrooms in the property. Both bathrooms have showers, a toilet and basin also.

Extras-
The cottage benefits from having access to a Tennis Court, Sauna and a Swimming Pool shared between the complex of cottages. There is parking available on site for no additional charge.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property. Access to the properties will be via Lockboxes – codes will be provided 24 hours prior to check in along with all other details

Other things to note

Pets are permitted to stay at the property for your stay for an additional fee of £25per pet.
