  We ask for dogs to live in the kitchen and not to be allowed upstairs. This protects future guests who have allergies. Please pickup your dog poos and put in the outside black wheelie bin. Please no events or parties. No smoking or vaping or illegal drugs allowed. No candles or incense. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew of midnight. Please respect check in and check out times Please take care of the keys 🔑. Lost keys will be charged at £75 Please respect the furnishings and carpets Please don't rearrange the furniture Please leave with all dishes done and dishwasher on. Please recycle ♻️ using the green bin in the kitchen, when full this goes into green wheelie bin. Please take bins out when you leave. Recycling goes in the green wheelie bin, other rubbish goes in the black wheelie bin. Please lock the house when you are out and close all windows
