Located within walking distance of the seafront, this flat makes a great base for exploring Clacton-on-Sea. There are multiple restaurant or fish and chip options all within a 5minute walk.
Supermarkets are within a 2-3minute drive.

Entrance/Accessibility:
This flat has your own private access at the rear of the property. The accommodation is all on one level but is accessed via external stairs to the first floor.

Kitchen area:
The kitchen area has all the usual amenities you'll need for your stay. There is also a washing machine and dining area.

Living area:
Located immediately as you enter the property, here you can relax.

Bedroom:
There is a cosy double bedroom just off the kitchen/diner.

Bathroom:
There is a walk in shower , hand basin and WC.

Extras:
No pets
Check in from 3pm
We are available for support from 9am-10pm

You will also be given the choice between paying a £250 refundable deposit or buying a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
