The space

Entrance/ Accessibility:

You access this property via a few steps up from the street. There is an electric door handle to access the building.

Kitchen Area -

The kitchen is a compact, efficient area with essential appliances like a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Living Area -

Relax in this comfortable and cosy living space. The main part of the studio serves as a multifunctional space. It includes a seating area with a sofa and a small dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms -

There is one double bed in the apartment. The mattress is is cushioned and supportive and decorated to create a cosy and enjoyable sleep. Additionally, there is a sofa bed that will sleep one person.

If you require the sofa bed please inform us when booking as we can arrange linen to be organised for a fee of £10.

Bathrooms -

The bathroom is a separate, enclosed space with an electric shower, bath, toilet, and sink.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the whole space.

Other things to note

There is no designated parking for this property however there is a local carpark nearby for a fee.

Damage Deposit/Waiver fee's:

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £250 refundable deposit or buying a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware there is also an admin fee for processing this.
