The space

Hilltop House offers exceptional access and a wealth of features designed for comfort and relaxation. There is parking for up to three cars on the driveway, and the property is accessed via a small ramp from the parking area. The main living spaces are located upstairs at entrance level, while all three beautifully furnished bedrooms are on the lower floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The rooftop terrace is accessed via external stairs at the side of the house, providing a stunning outdoor space.

Inside, the spacious living area features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances, including a wine cooling fridge and coffee machine. A large stand-alone fridge/freezer, cookware, and a small welcome hamper with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are also provided. For socializing in the kitchen, there's an island with bar stool seating. Beyond the kitchen, a sociable lounge area with two large sofas offers a comfortable place to relax, complemented by a wall-mounted TV. The dining table sits next to large glass windows that open fully to create an indoor-outdoor flow, with access to a small wraparound balcony on this level.

Across the hall, a second beautifully decorated living room invites you to unwind with board games, puzzles, or a good book. This room also includes a dedicated workspace with a full-size desk and chair.

The lower floor houses the three spacious king-size bedrooms, each offering a restful night’s sleep and a private ensuite bathroom. Two ensuites feature walk-in showers, while one has a shower over a bath. Shower gels and basic toiletries are provided. There’s also a convenient ground-floor toilet with a hand basin just off the main entrance hall.

Outside, the property boasts a unique and impressive outdoor space. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views across Worcester and is perfect for socializing, with a hot tub, large dining table, and outdoor seating area. The terrace is surrounded by beautifully planted pots and low-level walls on each side, creating a serene environment. A green shed on the terrace has been creatively transformed into a changing area, complete with clothes hooks and a mirror. Hilltop House offers a luxurious blend of indoor comfort and stunning outdoor spaces, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

Wow! What a lovely home this is and definitely one of the best Air BnBs I have stayed in. The house is easy to find, with plenty of parking space, but up a very narrow lane, so one needs to be careful when driving up. We met up with family coming from different directions and it was ideal, being on the outskirts of Worcester, which is an interesting town, with a cathedral + several very good restaurants. The house is very modern and has lovely fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean, as was the whole house. What really made it that bit more special were all the little extra touches that Gust Homes have added - a nice welcome pack of biscuits, crisps, jams, soft drink, chocolates and also bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee pods, a helpful number of condiments and bottled water in all the bedrooms. The toiletries were of a good quality. Unfortunately, it was too cold to make use of the amazing roof terrace. We will have to return in summer!

Guest homes was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Plenty of space, beautiful surroundings and spotlessly clean. A memorable weekend that will be cherished forever. Highly recommend! It’s excellent value for money.

Absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Decor is modern, house very spacious and love the extra touches throughout. House has everything you need! Hamper given on arrival, all cleaning products there and basic oils, butters, milk etc. Roof top was beautiful😍 This house is a dream! Only downside was the extremely narrow lead up to the house which was a struggle to park if other cars already on drive. Will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful. Felt ultra modern with quality appliances and furniture. Loads of space for our group. Rooftop terrace had a wonderful sunset each evening. Everything was easy to find and extremely clean on arrival. We would love to stay again. Worth the money.
