This was our second stay and we loved staying again. Comfortable, quiet and warm, and wonderful views. Perfect location for the town and also for walking up to the hills which we did every day! The hosts were quickly responsive and helpful when we had a spillage.

Great stay, thanks. I would agree with previous comments on the need for more seating in the lounge. As it can accommodate 4 adults there should be enough seating provided. Location is ideal, centre of everything and communication leading up the stay was clear and helpful. The deposit system feels a little much too. Appreciate it's in the listing, but it would be nice if all costs were included in the AirBnb booking as they usually assist and cover with damages etc so feels as if it's just additional money making. Would stay again.

This was the perfect size property for the four of us (adults). A great location - easily walkable to a number of nice cafes, restaurants and pubs, and the perfect spot to start your walk up to the Worcestershire Beacon.

Lovely flat close to town. Parking space great though on a steep incline to get out onto busy road. You have to pay a deposit for damage which is either £35 which you don’t get back or £400 which u do get back but have to pay £8 for the admin which I thought was a bit cheeky as most people aren’t going to damage the property. I grew up in this town and can’t highly recommend it for its history and ambience.

We recently had a large event to attend in Malvern. We are a small food business London based and needed somewhere local and reasonably priced to stay for the duration. The apartment was amazing , comfortable and homely , clean with all amenities close by , amazing views and very peaceful , exactly what we needed for a goods nights rest . We highly recommend and we would love to stay again next season .

We had a very happy and comfortable few days. The flat is super spacious, clean, bright, quiet and comfortable, with masses of kitchen space. Loved having 2 bathrooms and chilling on the chaise longue sofa. You can see in all directions, with spectacular views across the valley. The flat is in a fantastic position in the centre of town and at the foot of Happy Valley leading up to the hills. Note that it’s not possible to leave luggage after checkout - hopefully this can change in future as Great Malvern appears to have no luggage storage provision - nearest is at the Malvern Link Premier Inn. Can highly recommend the flat, and hope to return in future.

Overall very happy with the stay in this beautiful flat. In my opinion, the pictures do not quite do it justice, the size of the rooms and feeling of space is wonderful. A couple of cautions - the flat is on the top floor and there are spaces where the ceiling is very low. The owner has taken all precautions with plenty of signage and arranged the furniture so it will largely not be an issue but we had a few bumps when opening and closing windows. I usually love to cook while we are away and the selection of cookware is a little limited in size. We struggle a bit with making stir fry and shaksouka for 2 people in the large frying pan so if you are looking to cook for more people maybe just bring a pan. Other than these two small things the place is amazing. So many wonderful coffee shops and restaurants right on the doorstep, some lovely walks, easy access to shops and supermarkets and a wonderful host that was so super helpful. We cannot wait to return.

Great location with great views from the flat. A good guesthouse, albeit in a rather impersonal, corporate way. I personally wouldn't say with Guest Homes again.

Lovey stay in a pretty town. Great location and easy to find. The home was lovely and very welcoming. Guest homes was very quick to respond to our questions Would happily re visit. The only remark we would make is that the sofa was very small not quite as comfortable as hoped however everything else was very comfortable.

We loved the location of the property, great views, convenient spot and very clean and well decorated. We came to walk in the area but we would have struggled to stay longer than a few days as there is no washing machine at the property and very little storage for clothing. More seating in lounge would also be helpful. But we would definitely recommend the place to others.
