Lovely place , clean and tidy . Well equipped. Very comfortable. Parking was street parking which was fine for our stay at the weekend, but not so good during the week . Check out was early at 10 so found we was rushing to get out quickly. Another hour would have been better and more relaxed . Overall a nice place to stay thank you 😊

A place that gives you an experience of being at home especially if you come as a family. The house is spectacular, modern, comes with everything you need to be quiet. There is a very close Tesco to stock up on breath and beverages. The cleanliness is excellent and the location is very good. Friendly and always helpful hosts. I would recommend this place 100% to finalize I would say it exceeds expectations and photos by being on site.

Great stay in Southampton with friends and our children. Lots of games for the kids to enjoy in the house which was a nice touch. The house was exactly like the pictures and garden was great for the kids to play in. It had everything we needed and more and was in a really convenient location. Would definitely return! Thank you!

Description (exclusivity, garden, kitchen equipment) definitely do not match the reality. Even though the decor is nicely thought out, the cleanliness for exclusivity is not enough. The garden is not a garden, but a terrace. The apartment cannot be offered as exclusive, as the residential area is catastrophic. Urgent recommendation: reduce more honestly in the description and price.

Enjoyed our stay and house was exactly like photos. Our only issue was with the parking. There is street parking after 6pm and before 8am in front of house otherwise you have to find parking elsewhere. Also the towels could be replaced with a softer version that doesn't shed everywhere.

House is v clean, has good downstairs space, kitchen is large and has plenty of dishes and cutlery, and large dining table. House was big enough for 4 adults and 3 children. One child slept on a small airbed placed on the side of the double bed in the biggest room - we brought the airbed with us - good move because sofa-bed in living room was very uncomfortable, could feel all of the springs on it. Guest homes were v responsive and gave clear instructions on how to enter. Although we had booked for 4 adults + 3 children, they only provided 4 bath towels, however as soon as I asked for more they brought some over within a few minutes. One more niggle is that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am - they charge fee for early check in / late check out, which I found a bit much when already paid a lot for house, and most other Airbnbs I've stayed at are quite flexible with this. They also charge a damages waiver fee of £35 ahead of your stay as otherwise they take excessive deposit

The kitchen was pretty with amenities. Caveat was being harassed with different false accusations such as hosting a party when we spent most hours at a friend’s place who’s a Southampton resident. Explored the city center, got back 2am. We all talked & ate at the dining area till about 3am before going to bed. Walls were probably too thin and voices were heard. Next was another false premise saying we had 16guests in. We were asked to leave the property & threatened to be thrown out by security if we didn’t comply. I had to request cctv footage because at no point was there more than 8guests which was the house rule. Upon review, it was basically a video of us going in and out at different intervals counted as 16 different people (we were dark skinned color) 3rd day, someone knocked at 8:30am saying they’d been booked to check in for 10am & would like to drop a bag, obviously refused for security reasons. Meanwhile, our checkout was 10am and left 9:42am. No airbnb checks in at 10!

The house was perfect for a small gathering of friends to enjoy the weekend together. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms had towels. Had a slight issue with WiFi but host was very responsive and we weren't really that bothered about not having it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when next planning a trip to Southampton! 😊
