The space

Entrance/Accessibility-
Upon arriving at the property there is free parking which is labelled.

Kitchen Area-
The spacious kitchen is equip with everything you will need to make culinary magic even when you're away from home! This includes; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Pots/Pans. There is plenty of cupboard space and complementary Tea, Coffee and Sugar.
There is a dining table with space for 4.

Living Area-
There is a comfy sofa and smart Tv to help you unwinding after a long day. The sofa also converts to a sofa bed for those extra guests.

Bedroom-
This spacious bedroom has a lovely double bed, vanity table and mirror as well as chest of drawers for belongings.

Bathroom -
The stylish bathroom has everything you'll need including a shower over a lovely bath, sink and toilet. Towels are provided for your stay!

Extras-
No pets.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £250 refundable deposit or buying a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware there is also an admin fee for processing this.
