We had a pleasant stay. The house is cozy and well appointed. The bedding is quality. The only problem is street parking. Provide that procedures with the authorities are validated for parking in good standing.

Star off for every issue. 1. There’s the scam extra damage waiver which I’ve never had to pay before on air b&b. Yes they do mention it in their very long description but it’s right at the very end and I’m sure I’m not the only one that doesn’t read every single word of a description. I think it’s misleading as this extra cost isn’t in the initial calculation when comparing room costs so other places without the fee could miss out as you mistakenly think this one is cheaper. This should be the first thing in the listing if it needs to be there. 2. Broken kettle, not a major issue just meant I had to buy our morning coffee elsewhere but when reporting it they asked for a photo which I sent and you could clearly see it was plugged in and turned on yet they asked if it was turned on? 3. Sharp knob on chest of drawers cut my 3 year olds hand. 4. Stated my registration was on the system but I got a parking ticket ( they paid but still an inconvenience)

Great place, couldn’t complain about the quality of the property however the third-party identity check and deposit process is abnormal and not in keeping with other AirBnB services used before. It was okay but felt like an unnecessary step as AirBnB should provide this security across both tenant ID and security. Otherwise would absolutely recommend

Great place to stay, close to the centre and really easy to get to, clear instructions on arrival and great value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Great location, close to the town centre, public transport and other amenities. Took sometime for us to get used to the heating as it had to be activated hourly. However once activated it was warm and comfortable.

We had a lovely weekend in this gorgeous cottage. It was beautifully decorated and equipped and great location for walking into the city. Only negative was that the house was cold when we arrived and it took until the following morning to properly heat up! Perhaps turning it on earlier would help!

we are very happy with our accommodation. quiet and nice street. quiet and nice. well cleaned. walking distance to the city center and the train station. We will stay here again!

Lovely house. Clean and tidy. Very spacious kitchen/dinning room, Equipped with all the necessities. No hand soap in the kitchen or shower gel and shampoo provided but complimentary tea, coffee and sugar given. Great place to stay.
