Flat has wonderful views from the bedroom, and it is a nice easy walk to all the local shops and the large Waitrose.

Great location and communicative hosts. Only two things not pleased with: 1. None of the windows can be opened 2. The guest verification process & additional expense is handled out of the Airbnb platform and costs a bit more than the advertised price. Once you’ve agreed to let this place on Airbnb, if you’re not happy with the third party verification additional expense and privacy concerns, the host prevents you from cancelling the booking without penalty. I felt this was a bit rich & has much room for improvement. I’ve never come across this before in over 12 years of using Airbnb. I understand the host’s need to protect themselves but the hidden extra expense and the requirement to share private information with a third party in this age of wild online theft is a bit too much. The thing that pushed me to mention this in a public review is that I had no way to cancel the Airbnb booking without penalty once I discovered I had to share my private details with a third party.

I was in Malvern to do some renovations on our flat,and the accommodations were great. Visit and walk the hills to the beacon!

Great place to stay! Right in heart of Malvern. Great views & flat was perfect for a few nights. Only downside is that windows did not open and are sealed shut so in the height of summer it’s like sleeping in a greenhouse.

Awesome location in the heart of Great Malvern. Adjacent to the hills for walking and all of the local amenities for everything else. Particularly appreciated the lovely views from the bedroom. Thoroughly recommended.

I'm always reluctant when the Airbnb is managed by a company and not the owner but had a great experience with Guest Homes and the flat has the perfect location to visit Malvern and has everything 2 people need to feel right at home , the free parking in the center of Malvern is a plus too

Great location and perfect for a couple of days in the Malvern Hills - one route up to the Worcestershire Beacon starts about 100 yards from the front door. Fabulous view from the bedroom window - especially in the glorious sunshine we enjoyed!

Great location close to the centre of Malvern and near access to the hills. Modern, clean, one-bed apartment with all amenities, decent furniture. Useful off-road parking. Enjoyed the stay.

This was our second visit to the apartments. The hosts were communicative, the apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfectly located to the centre of Malvern and handy for the perfect ‘Weavers’ pub, Malvern theatre, the coffee roastery coffee shop a few doors down and of course, the hills.
