Never stayed at SKOL for any of our many visits to Marbella. They upgraded the loft apartment and it is very nice place to stay. They sent us messages saying if we need anything to contact them, but all was excellent and we didn't need them. We would stay at this apartment again.

Apartment with all the amenities necessary for a stay, well located and very clean. The beach is in front of the apartment. The parking lot is almost underneath the building. To use the swimming pool lounger chairs, a daily amount is paid per person. If you don't want to, lawn towels are not allowed, this payment is almost mandatory. Overall, it was a good stay, I recommend.

The Skol apartment complex has history–it was originally built in the early Sixties, still has character and is well looked-after. There's a sense of community and we met a few people who regularly stay there. The location is ideal. Daniela and Vincenzo's apartment is even better in person than in the photos, everything has been recently upgraded. We particularly enjoyed the amazing view and doing yoga on the balcony. The swimming pools looked enticing, but just a bit too cold in early February–next time, we'll be back!

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
