The flat is very well furnished and looks recently renovated. However, I would not recommend, especially if you are with small children. It's difficult to access, and the 4 flights of stairs and narrow corridors make it nearly impossible to go out with a child and any type of bag or a pram. The street outside is very sketchy and the chicken shop opposite seems to be a meeting spot for the local junkies. So again, would not recommend if you're with children. The hygiene was questionable, especially the bathroom, dishes, pans, etc were covered in grease and the sink was blocked.

Great location if youre looking for a stay in Evesham. Restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance. Flat is modern and spacious. Having a King size bed was a positive too. Unfortunately I can't rate 5* because the flat smelt so strongly of marijuana. it got worse when you had a shower, so it makes me wonder if someone had used the bathroom as a hot box since there wasn't a fire detector in there. The towel rail In the bathroom was stained, toothpaste across the basin tiles and the kitchen glassware was stuck and stained inside the cupboard. Wasn't very nice.

It was exactly as the photos,really clean and well presented, Guest homes were great at communicating and check was simple. Was nice to be able to make a hot drink with the essentials provided,I was really pleased with the whole experience, will definitely stop here again

The place was amazing and clean, just pike in photos. It is actually quiet even if is in the city center which is nice. 10/10

We were really pleased with the apartment and would stay again; being on the High Street it was a little too noisy at times but overall we were extremely happy. We had some interaction with the cleaner Kim who was extremely professional and helpful. The apartment was immaculate throughout.
