The space

Entrance/ Accessibility:
The property is accessed from the main road. The main front door has a key code to allow access. From there Flat A is directly ahead at the end of the corridor. There will be two key boxes outside the property door and the upper key box will have the property keys. Access codes will be provided separately with check in details.

Kitchen Area
The Kitchen area has everything you should need during your stay. There is also a dining table with chairs.

Living Area
There is a relaxing space in the main living area next to the kitchen/dining area with a comfy sofa and a wall mounted Smart TV. Large glass doors here let in a lot of natural light to the properties main living space.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms here. The first is on the right hand side as you enter the property and has a double bed. There is an en-suite to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a twin room.

Bathroom
The main bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. There is an en-suite to the master bedroom.

Additional spaces
There is a unique light and bright covered space off the master bedroom with a table and chairs plus a dedicated working space with a desk.

Transport Links-

1. National Rail: Croydon has two major rail stations: East Croydon and West Croydon.
East Croydon is one of the busiest stations in London, with direct services to London Bridge, London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and Brighton. Thameslink and Southern services operate through East Croydon, connecting it to Bedford, Luton, St Albans, and other destinations. West Croydon is a smaller station with services to London Victoria, London Bridge, and the London Overground network. It provides connections to areas such as Highbury & Islington, Clapham Junction, and Watford Junction.

2. West Croydon is part of the London Overground network, which offers services to the eastern part of London, including stations like Shoreditch High Street and Dalston Junction.

3. London Trams: Croydon is served by the Tramlink network, which is unique to South London. The tram system connects Croydon with Wimbledon, Beckenham, Elmers End, and New Addington. Key tram stops include East Croydon, West Croydon, and Centrale. Trams provide a fast and frequent service, particularly useful for short trips within the Croydon area.

4. Croydon is a hub for bus services in South London, with numerous routes serving the area. Buses from Croydon provide connections to surrounding suburbs like Sutton, Bromley, and Kingston, as well as direct services to central London destinations such as Trafalgar Square and Victoria.

5. Major Roads: The A23, which runs through Croydon, provides a direct route to central London to the north and Gatwick Airport and Brighton to the south. The A232 connects Croydon to Kingston in the west and Bromley in the east.
M25 Motorway: The M25, London’s motorway, is accessible and provides connections to other parts of London and the South East.

6. Airports
Gatwick Airport: Located about 16 miles south of Croydon, Gatwick is easily accessible by train from East Croydon, with a journey time of around 15 minutes. Heathrow Airport: Accessible via London Underground or by National Rail via central London connections, though it is farther than Gatwick.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire space. The small external patio should only be used as a fire escape.

Damage Deposit/Waiver fee's:

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
