Such a great apartment! I loved my 2week stay there. Apartment is spotless, very clean, new kitchen, sunny balcony with fabulous sea view. Two bathrooms, beds upstairs, AC both up-&downstairs. Location is perfect, right on Passeio with all restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and pool area with a Cafe Jardin, where you can get coffee, drinks, sandwiches. Some music and noice can be heard at nights, but nothing that bothered me. I recommend this great apartment & the very attentive hosts!

Highly recommended. The pictures of this apartment do not do it justice. There has been some fantastic refurb work done on this apartment since the photos were taken and it was a total surprise when we arrived. The views are incredible and the balconies are ideal to get some sun all day long if you don't want to leave the apartment. It is ideally located right on the sea front next to all the bars/beach restaurants. If you want to go into the old town its just a few minutes walk away. Check in/check out were the easiest experiences. We will absolutely be staying here again. Also many thanks to Daniela for always being available when we needed anything.

Apartment with magnificent views of the sea. Beautiful terrace that allows you to have breakfast and lunch in the sun . Located in the heart of Marbella resort. Perfect welcome and secure residence. Clean and bright duplex.

Daniela is an extraordinary shame that has been attentive. She is very accommodating and has been very responsive. The apartment is beautiful and very functional. The views are crazy!! Very good location, close to everything on foot, swimming pool, beach, restaurants,bars... Great vacation!! I would highly recommend it!

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
